Was mich aber sehr verunsichert hat ist, dass an dem gleichen Schalter für die Anmeldung für Blutabnahmen, sich auch die Personen drängen müssen (weil dort nur sehr wenig Platz ganz generell - schmaler Durchgang für beide Richtungen etc.) wie die Personen die einen PCR Test machen. Ein Herr war vor mir und wurde von der Dame hinter dem Schalter gefragt ob er für den COVIDTest hier wäre und er antwortete - nein PCR Test. Aus diesem Grund habe ich das überhaupt realisiert. Auch der Warteraum war mehr als überfüllt - generell passen dort nur gefühlt eine handvoll Personen hinein. Frischluft gab es auch nicht. Ich selbst habe dann im Wartebereich der anderen Ordinationen gewartet und halt versucht, nicht zu überhören wann ich aufgerufen werde. Das Labor selber habe ich als gut in Erinnerung - das ist auch nicht das Thema. Aber wie hier die PCR Abwicklung gehandhabt wird finde ich schon bedenklich... und dort war ein Großteil der Personen- als ich dort war - eher plus 60 nach oben... What made me very insecure, however, is that people also have to crowd at the same counter for registering for blood draws (because there is very little space there in general - narrow passage for both directions, etc.) like people doing a PCR test do. A gentleman was in front of me and was asked by the lady behind the counter whether he was here for the COVID test and he replied - no PCR test. That's why I realized it in the first place. The waiting room was also more than overcrowded - generally only a handful of people fit in there. There was no fresh air either. I myself then waited in the waiting area of the other ordinations and tried not to overhear when I was called. I remember the laboratory itself as good - that's not the topic either. But how the PCR processing is handled here is questionable ... and there was a large part of the people - when I was there - more like plus 60 upwards ...

Sie konnte mir mit meiner Ohrenentzündung aofort weiterhelfen und war für jeden noch so kleine Frage da. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen!! BEST ENT DOCTOR !!! Ms. Kramer is by far the most caring doctor I've ever had. She was able to help me with my ear infection immediately and was there for every question, no matter how small. Very recommendable!

Menschen ewig im Freien stehend warten zu lassen ist nicht akzeptabel, das funktioniert in anderen Labors besser. Unfortunately, the waiting time management of the laboratory is currently not good at all. Leaving people standing in the open for ages is not acceptable, it works better in other laboratories.

Nach genausten und intensiver Aufklärung Ihres Problems,wurde Sie bestens behandelt,vom Hr.Doktor. Und Sie hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Seine kompetente Art und Aufmerksamkeit hat Sie sehr beeindruckt. Auch war seine Assistentin sehr nett,wie auch die Rezeptionistinen. Der Hr.Mag.Dr.Neumaier,ist auf jedenfall bestens zum weiterempfehlen. Ich und unser Hund,waren positv überrascht,das wir nachdem wir Sie hingebracht habe,nur so kurz warteten,bis Sie fertig war! The evening before yesterday, my partner Emese Wind was treated by Mr. Mag. Dr. Neumaier. After the most precise and intensive clarification of your problem, you were treated in the best possible way by Mr. Doctor. And she felt very well cared for. You were very impressed by his competent manner and attentiveness. His assistant was also very nice, as were the receptionists. Mr.Mag.Dr.Neumaier is definitely recommended. Me and our dog were positively surprised that after we brought you there, we only waited so short until you were done!
B	Bernhard Kolmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Orthopöde Dr. Neumaier leider ein ganz schlechtes Zeitmanagement bzw. zu knapp vergebene Termine. Beim ersten Mal habe ich gut 30 Minuten gewartet, beim zweiten Besuch bin ich nach 40 Minuten gegangen (ja- auch Patienten haben noch andere Termine). Hoher Patientendurchsatz=hohes Einkommen trifft nur zu, wenn die Patienten auch zufrieden sind. Schade, denn sonst war Dr. Neumaier durchaus sympathisch, zu einer fachliche Beurteilung bin ich nicht mehr gekommen. Die Damen beim Empfang waren top! At orthopedist Dr. Unfortunately, Neumaier had very bad time management or appointments that were too short. The first time I waited a good 30 minutes, the second visit I left after 40 minutes (yes - patients also have other appointments). High patient throughput = high income only applies if the patients are also satisfied. Too bad, because otherwise Dr. Neumaier quite likeable, I didn't come to a professional assessment anymore. The ladies at reception were great!
