Postavená bola v rokoch 1883 až 1886 a za názov vďačí arcivojvodovi Eugenovi von Österreich-Teschen, poslednému veľmajstrovi nemeckých rytierov, ktorý vilu v roku 1894 zdedil.
Beautiful building, just a pity that is not available to the public.
It was built between 1883 and 1886 and owes its name to Archduke Eugen von Österreich-Teschen, the last grandmaster of the German knights, who in 1894 inherited the villa.
