★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid my booking in FULL on 20 January 2020 to arrived the 19th of Feb till the 23rd. Unfortunately we could only check in the 20th which is today. After receiving an email from them this morning I replied immediately that we will be checking in whereafter they still send me an email on how to check in. Now that we want to arrange to check in they tell me that the booking has been canceled due to a "no show" yes a no show with FULL PAYMENT made.
The Guy(owner) is EXTREMELY rude over the phone. at first refuse to speak to me in English as I very politely explained that I don't understand German he's reply to me in perfectly good English was "maybe get someone that can speak German then. obviously not a very tourist friendly place. extremely disappointed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so I know everyone says this but WOWZA!!! What a spot ? I can't believe the standard of this apartment for the price. Such a bargain wow wow wow!! Even the PEOPLE around are pretty?? 11/10 amazing apartment, please go here and leave a nice treat (chocolates maybe!!!) for the lovely owner hahaha ha xxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: The coffee machine ground fresh coffee and made as many delicious cups as you wanted. There was a washing machine (with "hang drying").The effort of the host to meet my needs even though we had difficulty understanding each other due to language barrier. Location of the property was pretty good.
Negatives: All the kitchen facilities, washing machines, and coffee makers in the world don't do you a lick of good if the sleeping facilitates and temperature control means don't allow you to get a decent nights sleep. The bedding was the worst, cheapest I've ever slept on and the least comfortable. The fitted sheet was honestly like sandpaper, and the pillow provided had no structure whatsoever guaranteeing that you'll wake up with the biggest crick in the neck. It was summer and there was only one working fan to cool down a big apartment that got tremendously hot. Additionally, I made my arrival time clear to the hosts. I still wound up waiting around for over half an hour in a smelly stairwell for the host to let me into my room or take my bags so I could begin to explore Salzburg.
In all, I would not recomment Easy Appartments Central to others. The negatives were too strong for me to outweigh the positives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appartment was okay. But very noisy because of the neighbours. After the booking was done, the owner told me that is was not for tourist rental, but that it's okay if i send an email that I'm there for work, although i said i was tourist. At check in i agreed with the owner that i could change the booking to shorten with some days, he said that was okay for him. But in the end he did not return any money as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is not as big as the photos suggest. No AC makes it difficult in summer. Bathroom exhaust was defective when I stayed there, but was not repaired in the 3 days of my stay. In the apartment, daily housekeeping is occupant's responsibility. Kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. Fan is provided when asked for.
