Alte Donau mit Erholungsgebiet gibts als Draufgabe! 3 stars because it's not finished yet. Transport connections and shopping opportunities thanks to the double room opposite will be great! Old Danube with a recreation area is a bonus!

Architektur: einfallslos, eckig, quaderförmig, dicht gedrängter Beton mit Glaselementen im Ghettostyle, Hochhäuser einzwängt zwischen Gärtnerschule, zweistöckige internationale und japanische Schule und das 4 stöckige Donauzentrum ohne Verkehrs-/Park-Konzept - ist ja eh eine UBahn da. Abwertung einer bisherigen grünen und offenen Wohngegend. Alles damit der Bezirkskaiser einen neuen angemessenen Thronsaal erhält. The next 110 m high concrete tower desert on the outskirts. Architecture: unimaginative, angular, cuboid, densely packed concrete with glass elements in ghetto style, high-rise buildings wedged between gardening school, two-story international and Japanese school and the four-story Danube Center without a traffic / park concept - there is a subway anyway. Eine ehemals öffentliche Fläche wurde dem privaten Investor (Signa) verkauft und erlaubt zu bauen alles was er sich wünscht. Es wird für diesen Stadtteil untypisch viel zu dicht und viel zu hoch gebaut. Stadtplanung und alle Genehmigungen: die wiener SPÖ/Grüne Stadtregierung unter Häupl und Vassilakou (Nachhaltigkeit wird gepredigt, Turbokapitalismus wird gelebt) Architektur: Delugan-Meissl ("Places for People" wie die sich selbst vermarkten ?). Eine Schande für alle Beteiligten!
