Was dringend fehlt, ist ein Arzt mit nächtlichen Bereitschaftsdienst!! In unserem Fall musste dann die Rettung gerufen werden, obwohl eine Betreuung zu Hause (Infusion zur Stabilisierung) ausgereicht hätte. So werden Spitäler angefahren und sind überlastet. Bitte um Weitergabe an die zuständige Stelle. Danke! Subject: mobile palliative care team. A first visit by the mobile team, came about very quickly. Thanks for that! What is urgently missing is a doctor on call at night !! In our case, the ambulance had to be called, although care at home (infusion for stabilization) would have been sufficient. F	Franz Langer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Verrechnungsstelle des FSW hat QUAL VORRANG VOR QUALITÄT: Vom 20.5.21, dem ersten Tag des Einzugs meiner Frau Brigitte ins Pflegeheim Casa Kagran bis zu ihrem Ableben am 19.7.21 in der Klinik Donaustadt war sie 43 Tage im Pflegeheim. Die restllichen Tage war sie in der Klinik. Dafür erhielt ich per Post 4 (vier) Vorschreibungen mit jeweils nicht nachvollziehbaren Vorauszahlungen und Nachverrechnungen für teilweise GLEICHE ZEITRÄUME !! Die beiden Letzten wurden am 16.7.21 (Erhalt am 26.7.21) und am 18.7.21 (Erhalt am 28.7.21) ausgestellt. Meine Bitte um Übermittlung der Vorschreibungen als pdf per e-mai wurde abgelehnt! Im Gegensatz dazu wurde meine Frau sowohl in der Casa Kagran als auch in der Klinik Donaustadt HERVORRAGEND versorgt !!! At the FSW clearing house, QUAL has priority over QUALITY: From May 20th, the first day my wife Brigitte moved into the Casa Kagran nursing home until her death on July 19th, 21st in the Donaustadt Clinic, she was in the nursing home for 43 days. The remaining days she was in the clinic. For this I received 4 (four) prescriptions by post, each with incomprehensible advance payments and subsequent settlements for partially SAME PERIODS !! The last two were issued on July 16, 21 (received on July 26, 21) and on July 18, 21 (received on July 28, 21). My request to send the prescriptions as a pdf by e-mail was rejected! In contrast, my wife received EXCELLENT care in both Casa Kagran and the Donaustadt Clinic!

Als ich endlich meine Lage am Telefon erklären konnte wurde zwar verbunden aber niemand hat abgehoben und ich wurde gebeten nochmal zu versuchen was mir nicht möglich war. Ich verstehe, dass die Situation heutzutage äußerst schwierig ist aber vielleicht könnte man ein Rückruf anbieten oder ein anderes Vorschlag machen können. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich dort abgerufen habe. At first couldn't reach anyone. When I was finally able to explain my situation on the phone, the connection was made but nobody answered and I was asked to try again which I was unable to do. I understand the situation is extremely difficult these days, but maybe they could offer a call back or make another suggestion. That was the first time I called there.
G	Gerhard Kronberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Möchte mich ich Bedanken, für die exrem Rasche Hilfeleistung der Mitarbeiterinnen vom Sozialen Wien .Die Dame kam wenige Stunden zu meinen Eltern und versuchte noch einen Platz für meinen Vater in einem Pflegeheim zu besorgen.Doch der Zeitpunkt war sehr ungüstig (der lezte Tag im Jahr). 4 Tage später hatten wir einen Platz .Danke nochmals an das Team I would like to say thank you for the extremely quick help of the social workers in Vienna. The lady came to my parents for a few hours and tried to find a place for my father in a nursing home. But the time was very unfavorable (the last day of the year ). 4 days later we had a place. Thanks again to the team

Sämtliche Telefonate und Beratungen wurden freundlich und kompetent durchgeführt, alle versprochenen Rückrufe fanden rasch statt. Absolut empfehlenswert, vielen Dank! Home help for my mother was organized within four (!) Working days. Egal mit wen ich telefonisch sprach jeder war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das tat gut ! Vielen Dank an alle ! Was very satisfied with the placement of a care place for my mother! Bei FSW angerufen und man hat schon bei der Vermittlung gemerkt das sich wer kümmern wird um mein Anliegen Von der Vermittlung bis zur Betreuerin und Platzvergabe ein tolles geschultes Personal. DANKE DANKE an alle. I urgently needed a place in the nursing home for my grandpa because he felt very bad within a few days. Called FSW and you already noticed during the placement that who would take care of my concerns. THANK YOU THANK YOU to everyone.
