Here I experienced the worst moment in my LIFE, in the day there is no problem with the bus station, but in the night this place is heavily dark and insecure, if you have to take a bus from 11:00 pm in forward, please wait in the Praterstern Train Station until at least 20 min before your bus arrive.
My girlfriend and I almost get robbed by two men that were surrounding us, they saw our baggage and were trying to find the best moment to assault us, thanks God nothing happened, but it was a really worrying situation.
I hope this could help to the most tourist it can, because maybe I´m helping to avoid such a bad moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bus terminal. Easy to find, and easy to locate the right bus.
There is a shopping mall attached to it for all your shopping needs, also some cafes and restaurants if you need food or drink before/after your bus.
Toilets in the mall too, clean and free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus terminal is awful. It doesn't have a waiting section that is inside so if the shopping centre is closed already tough luck. You can remain freezing outside. Nothing works, there isn't a vending machine even there plus nothing in the vicinity works either. If you are in transit only and don't happen to miss the bus (or the bus doesn't show up) so you don't need to spend alot of time here. Especially after shopping centre closing hours. You are in luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well.sign posted. Caught regiojet but to Bratislava here. Some seating outside. It is exposed to elements. But between shopping hours its easy to get a cheap coffee and apple struddle at Anker inside. They dont mind you sitting around there either.
