Se avete una moto, attenzione a noi hanno cercato di rubarla addirittura dentro un parcheggio danneggiandola. Meglio in strada anche se ci hanno multato... Solo noi. Ни в одной комнате не работало телевидение. Во всех комнатах работала только половина ламп, не знаю зачем, видимо для экономии. Мы заказывали номер на первом этаже, нам дали на последнем. Близость к общественному транспорту и к центру города. Можно просто и быстро добраться в любую точку города. Everywhere traces of previous guests. In estate l'appartamento è molto caldo e con le finestre aperte il rumore è insostenibile anche di notte. Начну с плюсов - очень близко от остановки трамвая и метро, легко добраться до любой достопримечательности, недалеко есть супермаркет. Хороший вид с балкона. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Для нас двоих хозяин оставил только два полотенца - одно маленькое и одно большое, и вид у них был не очень. В кухне их вообще не было, пришлось для рук купить бумажные полотенца. Нам обещали возможность стирки, но стиральной машины не было, спрашивали хозяина, он так и не сказал, как постирать. Вообще на сообщения отвечал очень долго. На кухне нашла грязную крышку от сковороды. Вообще с чистотой проблемы - в ванной грязная занавеска, черные швы между плитками. Босиком по полу ходить не стоит - ноги будут черные. Полы, видимо, давно не мыли. Когда перегорела лампочка в ванной, хозяин поменял ее только через сутки. We rented this apartment for 4 nights. For the two of us, the owner left only two towels - one small and one large, and they didn't look very good. There weren't any in the kitchen, so I had to buy paper towels for my hands. We were promised the possibility of washing, but there was no washing machine, they asked the owner, he did not say how to wash. In general, I answered messages for a very long time. In the kitchen I found a dirty frying pan lid. In general, there is a problem with cleanliness - there is a dirty curtain in the bathroom, black seams between the tiles. You should not walk barefoot on the floor - your legs will be black. The floors, apparently, have not been washed for a long time. When the light bulb in the bathroom burned out, the owner changed it only a day later.

The manager is just extremely kind, helpful and hard-working. He made everything easier. Unfortunately, cleaning service is not that professional. The place was quite clean but dusty, specially the floor. The location is also quite good, not near to the center but well communicated. It was not perfect, but in general it was too good to give it only four stars.
R	Robert Brookes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Denis Duran, the gentleman in charge of the apartments, was immensely helpful. A very dedicated Manager. The apartment itself was very clean and fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, Hairdryer, a clean bathtub and clean sheets and covers on the two king-sized beds. Large flat TV, Free internet, etc. I recommend this place to one and all, especially families. Thank you very much Mr. Denis Duran.
