All the food is local fresh and prepared on the premises from family recipes. The limited menu changes each week but that is the strength in that they do not have to compete with the traditional tourist based places offering many many dishes. What will surprise you is the bare, 50's look and plastic chairs that, on first appearances, will deceive you that a great food experience is to be had inside. Cash only.

The street is close to the various historical places you can visit in Vienna. Depending on the weather you can sit outside the cafe and enjoy your beer, smoke or tea. The staff is cheerful and happy to help.
