Viele können kein Deutsch und es scheint sich mehr um ein Hobby zu handeln. I would question the quality of the courses and the training of the speakers with a large part. Many do not speak German and it seems more like a hobby.

Er hat 1-3 Personen genauso unterrichtet als würde er vor einem Hörsaal mit 200 Personen stehen. I attended an Esperanto course a few years ago. The speaker was extremely boring and monotonous. He has taught 1-3 people as well as he would stand in front of a lecture hall with 200 people.

Sie verschicken keine Bestätigungsmails und verlangen nachdem der Kurs aber vorbei ist Geld weil man diese angeblich "nicht besucht" hat. Eine Anfrage wann und wie die Infos über Ort etc. mitgeteilt wurde hat man mit "nicht unser Problem" abgewälzt. Sehr unfreundlich und kundenfeindlich ... HÄNDE WEG VON DIESEM SAFTLADEN !!! Incredibly unfriendly troop. The fun methods are almost mafia-like. They do not send confirmation emails and ask for money after the course is over because you supposedly "did not attend" it. A request when and how the information about the location etc. was communicated was passed on with "not our problem". Very unfriendly and customer hostile ... HANDS OFF THIS JUICE SHOP !!!
