Mittlerweile wird man bei Anrufen ebenfalls abgewimmelt ohne mit jemandem sprechen zu können der dafür zuständig ist. Wer keinen Bock drauf hat sich seine Kaution vor Gericht zurück zu holen sollte es lieber sein lassen. After 1 1/2 months my deposit has still not been paid back. Emails are generally not answered.
