I was thrilled because he managed to improve each of my contracts and make them cheaper. It's amazing how much money you can still save! Even with a small household damage, he immediately helped me and it went smoothly. He is very competent, hardworking and has an answer to every question - so really a professional in his field. Normalerweise kenne ich Versicherungsmakler nur so, dass sie nur solange freundlich sind bis man ihnen eine Unterschrift gegeben hat. Bei Herr Szekely ist dies jedoch erfreulicherweise komplett anders, hier wird einem auch im Schadensfall Sofort und Bemüht geholfen. Der Kunde steht hier wirklich im Vordergrund! Die Beratung an sich ist Kompetent, und vor allem Ehrlich! Hier wird einem nichts unnötiges aufgezwungen damit der Makler Provision verdient, sondern wirklich auf den exakten Bedarf des Kunden eingegangen. Durch Herrn Szekely spare ich mir bei meinen Versicherungen fast 50%. Danke hierfür! Des weitern ist zu erwähnen das kein Honorar verlangt wird, und auch die telefonische Erreichbarkeit von Herr Szekely ist unübertroffen! The best insurance broker ever! Bin mit seinem Bruder befreundet und wir kamen durch zufall ins Gespräch. Lorand konnte mich mit Wissen überzeugen, ohne dass ich das Gefühl hatte, dass er mir etwas "andrehn" will. ( das kenn ich gut von anderen Versicherungsmenschen) - ich werde bestimmt alles durchrechnen lassen und bin überzeugt dass ich ihn als Markler nehme, weil ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl bei ihm hab. I wasn't actually looking for a realtor because I insured everything at the bank. Money is also rather unimportant to me. I'm friends with his brother and we got into conversation by chance. Lorand was able to convince me with knowledge, without my having the feeling that he wanted to "turn me on". (I know that well from other insurance people) - I will definitely have everything calculated and I am convinced that I will take him as a real estate agent because I have a very good feeling about him.

Er nimmt sich die Zeit für die Beratung und erklärt alles sehr ausführlich, sodass es auch für einen Laien wirklich verständlich ist (hatte mich in diesem wirren Privatkrankenversicherungsdschungel anfangs nicht ausgekannt). Er hat mich in seinem Beratungsgespräch gefragt, was ich mir so ungefähr vorstelle und geht auch auf meine Wünsche ein. Am Ende des Tages hat er mir eine super Übersicht geliefert und mir auch gezeigt, wie viel Geld ich mir dabei sparen kann - VIELEN DANK! Was ich wirklich sehr schätze (und das war leider bei meinem alten Versicherungsmakler NICHT der Fall) ist, dass Herr Szekely IMMER erreichbar war/ist und falls er mal nicht abgehoben hat, noch am SELBEN Tag zurückgerufen hat. Meine Anfragen wurden also immer prompt beantwortet. Alles in einem: Herr Szekely ist sehr kompetent, verlässlich und nicht aufdringlich! Klare Empfehlung! Mr. Szekely was recommended to me by my cousin and I can only recommend him myself! He takes the time for the consultation and explains everything in great detail so that it is really understandable even for a layperson (at first I didn't know my way around this confused private health insurance jungle). In his consultation, he asked me what I had in mind and also responded to my wishes. At the end of the day he gave me a great overview and also showed me how much money I can save myself - THANK YOU! What I really appreciate (and unfortunately that was NOT the case with my old insurance broker) is that Mr. Szekely was / is ALWAYS available and, if he did not answer, called back on the SAME day. So my inquiries were always answered promptly. All in one: Mr. Szekely is very competent, reliable and not intrusive! Clear recommendation!
