Leider hatten wir in der Wohnung in Hochkrimml (letzte Dezember-Woche 2021) über uns absolut ignorante Leute mit täglich über 20/30 Gästen die bis 2 oder 3 Uhr morgens Ihre Apres Ski Party hatten. Holzdecke und die Hits der 80/90er liefen hoch- und runter. Das Gespräch habe ich erst mit dem Bewohner selber, am zweiten Tag dann mit der Juwel Rezeption gesucht. Leider sagte man mir, ich wäre nicht der erste mit der Anmerkung, es wäre der Besitzer selber und man könne nichts machen. Eigentlich wäre die Wohnung toll gewesen aber ich finde es nicht fair, wenn man sogar von der Lärmbelästigung weiß, diese Wohnung an eine Familie mit Kindern zu vermieten. An keinem Abend konnten wir schlafen, haben uns die Nächte in dem verrauchten, lautem Haus um die Ohren geschlagen und Sorge, da keinerlei Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Hygiene-Maßnahmen. Schade. Apartment 50A-005 nur buchen wenn man non-stop auf Apres Ski steht und bis 12:00h schlafen kann - genau das richtige für Arenal-Fansl! Ansonsten Finger weg, insbesondere wenn man mit Kindern früh auf die Piste möchte!! Meine Uhr hat die Woche am letzten Tag sehr gut zusammengefasst! :-) Really a great place, nice people, great ski area. Unfortunately, in the apartment in Hochkrimml (last week of December 2021) we had absolutely ignorant people with over 20/30 guests every day who had their après-ski party until 2 or 3 a.m. Wooden ceiling and the hits of the 80 / 90s ran up and down. I first talked to the resident himself, then on the second day with the Juwel reception. Unfortunately, I was told that I wasn't the first to comment that it was the owner himself and that nothing could be done. Actually, the apartment would have been great, but I don't think it's fair, if you even know about the noise, to rent this apartment to a family with children. We could not sleep on any evening, spent the nights in the smoky, noisy house and worried that there was no compliance or control of the hygiene measures. Too bad. Only book apartment 50A-005 if you are into après-ski non-stop and can sleep until 12:00 - exactly the right thing for Arenal fans! Otherwise hands off, especially if you want to hit the slopes early with children !! My watch summed up the week very well on the last day! :-)

The accomodation was cancelled by Juwel because of C-19 and they offered re-booking for free or cancellation with 30€ fee. Paying fee under these circumstances (loyal customers, cancellation due to external influences) is pathetic. After complaining they promised to refund 100% but they never sent it back and kept the fee. Full refunding was no problem by other agencies but in Juwel it was. Never again.
