Anscheinend muss ich bald zum Ak gehen! The first months are free and then you can write and discuss long enough until the last contract is canceled! So never again! Apparently I have to go to the Ak soon!

Eines Tages stand ein netter junger Herr vor meiner Tür von Verbund und fragte mich ob ich wechseln wollen würde. Er bot mir an die ersten 4 Monate gratis zu bekommen und der Preis wird immer auf 27€ bleiben. Da er das auch alles mit dem Stromanbieter wechseln für mich regeln wollte und mir seine Handynummer gegeben hat das ich ihn immer auf WhatsApp schreiben kann hab ich zugesagt. Nun also erstens: ich habe gleich von beginn an 27€ gezahlt und er meinte dann das ich das falsch verstanden hab und ich es dann am Ende zurück bekomm. Und jetzt zweitens: hab ich eine Rechnung bekommen, wo ein neuer Teilzahlungsbetrag in der Höhe von fast 60€! Drin steht und zusätzlich kann ich 29€ noch dazu zahlen weil ich angeblich mehr verbraucht habe. ( Ich wohne in einer 38m² Wohnung). Als ich ihn daraufhin auf WhatsApp kontaktiert habe, hat er sich einfach nicht mehr gemeldet! Bei der Zentrale hat die Dame nur gesagt das sie es auf 30% runter Stufen kann denn Rest wenn es mir noch zu wenig ist soll ich selbst machen. ! Warum soll ich 60€ im Monat für eine 38m² Wohnung zahlen!? Ich hab noch nie so viel für Strom gezahlt, Danke für Nichts. Complaint: I just moved into my apartment and at the beginning I had another electricity provider with whom I paid 35 € per month. One day a nice young man stood in front of my door from Verbund and asked me if I would like to change. He offered me to get the first 4 months for free and the price will always stay at € 27. Since he wanted to change everything for me with the electricity provider and gave me his cell phone number so that I can always write him on WhatsApp, I agreed. First of all: I paid € 27 right from the start and he said that I misunderstood that and that I will get it back in the end. And now secondly: I received an invoice for a new installment amount of almost € 60! It says and I can also pay 29 € because I supposedly used more. (I live in a 38m² apartment). When I then contacted him on WhatsApp, he just didn't get in touch! At the head office, the lady only said that she can step it down to 30% because the rest, if it's still not enough for me, I should do it myself. ! Why should I pay € 60 a month for a 38m² apartment !? I've never paid so much for electricity, thanks for nothing.
