★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked with veloce a couple of times for business and privately (in Vienn) I have never had any problems. drivers /bikers are always on time and delivery has never been a problem. used the app the first time today and other than not getting a booking statement (would be nice to know if the order went through it worked perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never showed up, we had to call them. We were told "they (smaller van dispatchers) transferred the pickup to us (larger van dispatchers) but didn't ask if we had availability". The professional thing to do here would be to inform the customer, instead of sitting on their hands saying "well, not my problem". We had to call another service last minute that cost significantly more. Maybe try communicating WITH EACH OTHER and WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
