Very rustic hut, good schnapps, beer and Brettljause. Easy to reach on a beautiful path from the Turracher Höhe. Round about Saureggen pays off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der schönsten, noch urigen, Hütte. Hier ist noch kein Tourismusrummel, es gibt eine Bretteljause und eine Mehlspeise sowie Getränke und wenn es aus ist, ist es aus. Wirklich toll.
One of the most beautiful, still rustic, hut. There is still no tourist hype, there is a snack and a pastry as well as drinks and when it's over, it's over. Really great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr schöne Hütte, die vom Hotel Hochschober betrieben wird und 2x in der Woche geöffnet hat. Alle 14 Tage findet hier auch ein zünftiger Hüttenabend am Sonnabend statt, zu dem man sich aber im Hotel anmelden muss.
A very nice hut operated by the Hotel Hochschober and open twice a week. Every 14 days there is also a hearty hut evening on Saturday, for which you have to register at the hotel.
