Ich fühle mich seit Jahren fachmännisch betreut und bin auch vom Qualitäts- Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt. Individuelle Kundenbetreuung und beste Qualität werden großgeschrieben. Man wird doch sehr von oben herab behandelt, wenn man nach einem regenreichen Tag das Geschäft etwas abgekämpft betritt. Erst nachdem die Dame mitbekommen hat, dass ich mich sehr wohl auskenne mit den van Laack Produkten, welche habe und weiß was ich will, wurde sie freundlicher und hat ein Geschäft getwittert. Leider ohne mich. Wenn man nicht gleich willkommen ist, möchte ich nichts mehr in einem solchen Geschäft kaufen. The salespeople are more elegant than the customers. Denke so wie das Geschäft beisammen ist wird es wohl nicht mehr lange existieren... War einmal top jetzt nurmehr Flop ! Und beim Schneider gibt es Masshemden/Blusen für weniger Geld... Unfortunately, I have to confirm the criticism, the two overwhelmed pseudo saleswomen are not clear who the customer and who is the seller!
