Geprägter Silberbarren der Münze Österreich wurde als "Schmelzsilber" bezeichnet und so versucht, ihn um 30% des normalen Kurswertes zu drücken. (Nebenan in der Raiffeisenbank wurde am selben Tag der reguläre Preis ausbezahlt!) Dubious pricing when buying. A minted silver bar of the Austrian Mint was called "melt silver" and tried to lower it by 30% of the normal market value. (The regular price was paid out on the same day in the Raiffeisenbank next door!)

Gut, Fazit: anderswo kaufen wo der (Neu)Kunde noch zählt.. Audible musty acceptance of the call, no company name, just "hello", unwilling information, personal advice is no longer available, only "over the counter", literally: "Business is corona-free and we want to leave it that way, so no more table consultations". Good, conclusion: buy elsewhere where the (new) customer still counts..
