Ich wurde belehrt, dass es eine mehrmonatige Frist zur Auszahlung gibt, dass Bestätigungen eigentlich nur telefonisch erfolgen und anderes Blabla. Musste auch mehrmals um eine schriftliche Bestätigung bitten - bis ich im Ton aggressiver wurde. Dann wurde mir die Bestätigung zugesagt, natürlich bis dato noch nicht da... ich bin echt auf den ganzen Ablauf etc. gespannt. Aber: Ich führe einfach Protokoll über meine Kontakte zur Valida und dann sollen sich mal andere Herrschaften mit diesem Thema befassen... Echt eine bodenlose Frechheit. -- UPDATE: auch nach 4 Tagen noch immer keine Bestätigung. Unfortunately I can only agree with the negative statements of my pre-posters. I was informed that there is a period of several months to pay out, that confirmations are actually only made by phone and other blah. Also had to ask for written confirmation several times - until I became more aggressive in tone. Then I was promised confirmation, of course not yet there ... I'm really looking forward to the whole process, etc. But: I just keep a record of my contacts to Valida and then other gentlemen should deal with this topic ... Really bottomless cheek. - UPDATE: still no confirmation even after 4 days.
L	L S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal, man kommt mit dem Laptop nicht auf die Webseite aber mit dem Handy schon. Versuchte x mal den Antrag zum unterschreiben herunter zu laden. Klappte leider nicht. Anstatt das die Mitarbeiter helfen meinen sie nur das Problem liege bei mir. Very unfriendly staff, you can't access the website with your laptop but you can with your mobile phone. Tried x times to download the application to sign. Unfortunately it didn't work. Instead of the employees helping, they just think the problem is mine.

Ich habe zeitgleich bei einer anderen Vorsorgekasse eine Auszahlung angefordert die bereits 1 Woche später das Geld überwiesen haben. Eine Erklärung für diese Wartezeit bekommt man nicht. Anscheinend spekuliert die Bank noch 2 weitere Monate mit dem Kapital der Kunden. Ich finde das eine Frechheit. Immerhin gehört das Geld ja nicht dieser Bank. Sehr schwacher Service. You don't get an explanation for this waiting time. Apparently the bank is still speculating with clients' capital for another 2 months. I think that's a cheek. T	T A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Es ist eine Frechheit. Das Guthaben wird trotz gesetzlich geregelter Fälligkeiten nicht ausbezahlt. Man hat ja Verständnis für die derzeitige Situation. Dass jedoch telefonisch überhaupt niemand erreichbar ist, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich habe bereits 3 Mails geschickt und warte seit 3 Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung. Nichts!!! Ich kann jedem nur raten, von dieser unseriösen Vorsorgekasse die Finger zu lassen! Hier wird mit dem Geld des Kunden jongliert. I can only agree with the previous speakers. That is rude. The credit is not paid out despite legally regulated due dates. You understand the current situation. However, it is incomprehensible that nobody can be reached by telephone at all. I have already sent 3 emails and have been waiting for feedback for 3 weeks. Nothing!!! I can only advise everyone to stay away from this dubious pension fund! This is where the customer's money is juggled.

Und wieso brauch diese Vorsorg Kasse als einzige über 2 Monate um die Abfertigung auszuzahlen (laut Angaben, Geld habe ich noch keines) während das andere innerhalb eines Monats bzw. auch teilweise schneller schaffen? You don't get any feedback on email, otherwise you have to contact yourself forever. And why is this pension fund the only one that needs more than 2 months to pay the severance payment (according to the information, I don't have any money yet) while the other one can manage the other within a month or sometimes even faster?
d	dodo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fall musste 2W lang geklärt werden (ist die Abfertigung nicht ein Kerngeschäft?), Anruf 1M später und scheinbar wieder Start bei 0. Versprochener RR nicht erfolgt. Case had to be clarified for 2W (is the clearance not a core business?), Call 1M later and apparently start again at 0. Promised RR did not take place.

Sollte sich die Finanzpolizei mal ansehen, sehr undurchsichtig und inkompetent. Erinnert mich eher an Möchtegern Versicherungsmakler, die Profit machen wollen, als an Seriöse Abfertigungs Verwalter. Und als ich noch fragen wollte ob mir die Dame von der Vermittlung kurz weiterhelfen könnte wurde ich einfach weggedrückt. Auch auf meine Email zur Auszahlung wird mir nicht geantwortet. A bottomless cheek. I am told at 3:20 p.m. that the people in charge would already be gone. And when I wanted to ask if the lady from the operator could help me, I was simply pushed away.
