Der Umgang war absolut nicht in Ordnung. According to the recommendations for child treatments, an appointment was made there. My son no longer likes going to the dentist. The dealings were absolutely not okay.

T	Tobias Wallner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin leider über das internet auf diese Zahnärztin gestoßen und habe einen Termin zur routinekontrolle vereinbart. Wie bei vielen zahnärzten eine Wartezeit auf diesen Termin von 1,5 Monaten, aber das ist ja noch das kleinste Übel!! Als ich pünktlichst um 10 Uhr zu meinem Termin erschienen bin und die notwendigen Dokumente ausgefüllt hatte wurde geröntgt. Soweit so gut. Kurz darauf nahm ich im Behandlungszimmer Platz, wo ich zu warten begann. Ich wartete, und wartete und wartete. Um 10:50 Uhr ging ich zu einer Zahnarzthelferin und fragte einmal wo die Zahnärtztin denn bleibe, da ich eigentlich um 10 Uhr meinen Termin hatte. Nicht einmal 20 sekunden danach kam die Zahnärtztin (mit schimpfendem gemurmel) dann zu mir. Also ich denke, dass Sie auf einen kaffee gesessen ist, ansonsten wäre Sie dann nicht so plötzlich erschienen. Die Ärtztin erklärte mir dann, dass schmerzpatienten vorgehen. Wie auch immer, ich denke trotzdem an eine Kaffeepause.. Nachdem bei einem Zahn Karies gefunden wurde, wieß man mich darauf hin dass die Füllung selbst zu bezahlen ist, jedoch nicht wieviel. Nachdem alles erledigt war wurde ein weiterer termin für einen anderen Zahn ausgemacht und ich verließ die Praxis. Die nächsten 3 Tage hatte ich im Gebiet um den behandelten Zahn Schmerzen, welche ich davor nicht hatte. Fazit ich hatte davor keine, danach schon Schmerzen. Sie denken das war alles? Nein, es kommt noch besser: Nun, ca, 2 wochen später kam die angekündigte Rechnung der Zahnfüllung. Diese beträgt ganze 332,20€. Auf die telefonische Nachfrage warum, erklärte man mir, dass 3 Zähne behandelt wurden. Hätte ich zwar nicht bemerkt, "aber die Ärtztin weiß bestimmt was Sie tut".... When I showed up for my appointment at 10 a.m. sharp and filled out the necessary documents, an X-ray was carried out. So far so good. Shortly afterwards I took a seat in the treatment room, where I began to wait. I waited, and waited, and waited. At 10:50 am I went to a dental assistant and asked where the dentist was staying, since I actually had my appointment at 10 am. Not even 20 seconds later, the dentist came to me (with an insulting mumble). So I think that she had a coffee, otherwise she would not have appeared so suddenly. The doctor then explained to me that pain patients take precedence. Anyway, I'm still thinking of a coffee break .. After caries was found in a tooth, I was advised that the filling had to be paid for, but not how much. After everything was done, another appointment was made for another tooth and I left the practice. For the next 3 days I had pain in the area around the treated tooth, which I had not before. Conclusion I didn't have any pain before and afterwards. You think that's all? No, it gets even better: Well, about 2 weeks later, the announced invoice for the dental filling came. This amounts to a whole 332.20 €. When I asked why by phone, I was told that 3 teeth were treated. I would not have noticed, "but the doctor probably knows what she is doing" ....

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Umgang aller Mitarbeiter, auch Frau Dr. Weberberger berät und arbeitet mit sehr viel Einfühlungsvermögen. Man spürt das gute Klima unter allen Mitarbeiter/innen, was mir sehr wichtig ist, weil es ablenkt und die Angst nimmt. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! I wouldn't go to any other dentist in Mondsee. Very friendly and competent handling of all employees, including Dr. Weberberger advises and works with a lot of empathy. You can feel the good atmosphere among all employees, which is very important to me because it distracts and takes away fear. My unreserved recommendation!
