C	Carina-Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verstehen kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch. Man bekommt ein Bild mit den möglichen Nagelformen gezeigt und das war’s dann. Für jeden Kunden wird die gleiche Nagelfeile benutzt und die Mitarbeiten waschen sich nach dem Rauchen nicht die Hände und Husten einem voll auf die Hände und ins Gesicht. Zum Schluss hat man ein paar schiefe Nägel die absolut unprofessionell gemacht werden und schlampig aussehen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Don't understand a word of German or English. You are shown a picture with the possible nail shapes and that's it. The same nail file is used for every customer and the employees do not wash their hands after smoking and cough all over your hands and face. In the end you have a few crooked nails that are done absolutely unprofessionally and look sloppy. Not recommendable.

Ohne Anstrengung und ohne Mühe! 45€ leider umsonst ausgegeben Währenddessen einfach weg gegangen, und das Nagelöl stinkt dezent nach Toilette. Unfriendly, no German or English - had to communicate with a translator, bad and unclean work! Aber Personal spricht sehr schlecht Deutsch, die Herren gingen noch aber die Dame war unfreundlich…schlimmer geht es nicht mehr. Gearbeitet wurde nicht sehr ordentlich obwohl kein Zeitdruck war (war die einzige Kundin). Die Angestellte war regelrecht genervt als ich es so nicht gefeilt haben wollte! Der Umgang mit Kunden muss noch geschult werden! Deutschkenntnisse gehören verbessert und das schnell! Ansonsten kann ich den Personal nur raten etwas anderes zu machen, wenn sie in diesen Job überfordert sind. A shame, it would be a great nail salon! But the staff speaks very bad German, the gentlemen left but the lady was unfriendly ... it couldn't be worse. The work was not very tidy although there was no time pressure (was the only customer). The employee was downright annoyed when I didn't want to have it filed like that! Dealing with customers still has to be trained! Knowledge of German needs to be improved and quickly! Otherwise I can only advise the staff to do something else if they are overwhelmed with this job.

Natürlich arbeiten die manchmal "grob" die beeilen sich ja weil es bei denen ohne Termine ist, man will spontan vorbeikommen und auch nicht lange warten und erwartet dann das man uns vorsichtig die Hände streichelt? Es ist glaub ich überall so in jedem salon und das sie nicht alles machen können wie auf bilder auch normal was erwartet man sich bei 30€ aj aj aj ? Bin sehr zufrieden und werde nur mehr hierher kommen? Despite the negative reviews here I "risked" it and came here and I can only RECOMMEND this salon! Benutzen extrem wenige material, und die nägel gebrochen in einpaar Tage. Nägel schaut aus ecklig. Desinfektionmittel habe nicht gesehen bei niemand zum benutzen !! Arbeiten ohne lust, beschimpfen die Kundinen auf romänisch. Nie wieder ! Rude, rude, dirty employees. Dirty, unpunctual, unprofessional work. Use extremely little material, and the nails will break in a few days. Nails looks gross. I didn't see disinfectants for anyone to use!! Work without desire, insult the customers in Romansh. Never again !
A	Anja Mailänder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Meinung nach das schlechteste Nagelstudio wo ich jemals war, schlechte Arbeit, derartig unhöflich das sie beleidigend werden, mich wundert es das dieses Studio überhaupt noch offen hat. Wurde noch nie so schlimm behandelt, wenn die Nägel wenigsten schön wären aber nicht mal das, wenn sie einen nicht sympathisch finden wird auch nicht gut gearbeitet und das lassen sie einen sehr schnell spüren. Sowas Respektloses, da sind mir auch die 30€ zu viel Nie wieder ✋? In my opinion the worst nail salon I have ever been to, bad job, so rude that you get abusive, I am amazed this studio is still open. Has never been treated so badly, if the nails were at least nice, but not even that, if they don't like you, the work isn't good and they let you feel that very quickly. So disrespectful, the 30€ are too much for me Never again ✋?
