Ich habe als montagetischler unzählige Möbel montiert,doch die Qualität dieses Bettes ist leider nicht akzeptabel. Zumindest nicht für uns. Ich hoffe die Rückgabe Funktioniert so gut wie die Bestellung. Update folgt... Rückgabe und Rückerstattung hat blitzschnell und tadellos funktioniert. Danke dafür Delivery time is great. Unfortunately the quality is more than bad. As an assembly table maker, I have assembled countless pieces of furniture, but the quality of this bed is unfortunately not acceptable. At least not for us. I hope the return works as well as the order. Update follows ... Returns and refunds went very quickly and flawlessly. thanks for that

The delivery was there in 3 days, the price/performance ratio is right and the selection is huge, customer service always answers immediately!

Der Tisch weißte fehler auf und war wahrscheinlich eine Retoure. Der Shop hat keine Telefonnummer zum kontaktieren aber das beste kommt zum Schluss, obwohl ich eine Retoure bestätigung bekommen habe wurde mir das Geld nicht erstattet. Auf E-mail wurde auch nicht reagiert erst nach dem ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe erhielt ich meine Rückzahlung. When I ordered a table, we noticed that the packaging had already been opened once upon delivery. The table had errors and was probably a return. The shop does not have a phone number to contact, but the best thing comes at the end, although I received a return confirmation, the money was not refunded to me. No response to e-mail, only after turning on paypal did I get my refund.
Y	Y Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unter aller Sau.. Die Ware kommt in einem Karton an, der offensichtlich schon mal geöffnet war und mit Klebeband wieder verschlossen wurde. Die Ware innen, komplett verdreckt und beschädigt. Alle Ecken abgeschlagen, bröselig.. die Qualität nicht mehr als 5€ wert. Die Telefonnummer der sogenannte „Kundenservice“ lol… nicht erreichbar, kann wahrscheinlich nicht abheben „weil keine Zeit“.. Versand kommt von der Firma Vida XL… die genauso schlechte Bewertungen hat. Ich warte auf mein beworbenes kostenloses Rücksende Etikett und mein Geld.. Die Firma und Qualität ist ja wirklich ein schlechter Witz. Dass sowas überhaupt existiert nach all den schlechten Erfahrungen ist mir ein Rätsel.. schämen würd ich mich für so ein Unternehmen. Under all sow.. The goods arrive in a box that has obviously been opened before and sealed with tape. The goods inside, completely dirty and damaged. All corners chipped off, crumbly... the quality isn't worth more than €5. The phone number of the so-called "customer service" lol... not available, probably can't answer "because no time".. Shipping comes from the company Vida XL ... which has equally bad reviews. I'm waiting for my advertised free return label and money.. The company and quality is really a bad joke. It is a mystery to me that something like this even exists after all the bad experiences. I would be ashamed of such a company.
