D	Donald Munro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem finding our apartment as the first address listed is actually their office. Cleaning not up to scratch and some facilities listed didn't actually exist, particularly satellite TV which consisted of a TV and nothing else.

J	Jack Goras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service Booked over two months ago, got an email the day before booking asking for an additional 20 euros for a cleaning fee and it’s a no-refund policy so if you confront them about, in the end they don’t care and they just want their money. Hidden fees like no tomorrow.

I'll most probably try to book there again for my next stay in Vienna (whenever that might be). If smoking had been permitted at least on the balcony: I'd have given a 5th star.

The sofa back was broken, the leg on the dining room table was broken, windows were broken, doors were cracked, microwave didn't work, only one toilet for 8 people....
J	Jordan Stokes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a night whilst visiting Vienna. Apartment was ok, needing a little attention here and there to some broken lights and a bit of worn furniture. Toilet was a bit of an issue as it wouldn't even flush paper, which I can imagine being more of a problem if you were there for a few nights. Wasn't a bad experience at all, the apartment was full of character and in a good spot. Just needs a bit of love.
