In 43 Minuten schafft man zwei Runden am Milontrainingszirkel. Zusätzlich werden noch viele andere spannende Einheiten angeboten und jetzt auch mit Gewichttraining !

Probably the most efficient fitness center in the federal capital :)
In 43 minutes you can do two laps at the Milon training circle. In addition, many other exciting units are offered and now also with weight training!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer two Milon circles, lots of classes each week and other extras. Location and equipment are great; Trainers are highly motivated and qualified. I can highly recommend this place if you're looking for an excellent cardio and muscle training.
