My experience with UPS service is good. Package has arrived exactly on time and without any issues. Online live tracking of the package during the transit seemed to work good as well.

Dealt with them. Received a second bill from their Vienna office for almost the same amount since they claimed the weight was off (weighing was performed at the local office by their officer). I was not contacted if wanted to abolish the initial shipment or not nor of any issues with the intial billing. No help or customer service involved at any times. Moving forward I will make it a company policy to turn down any contract that involves engaging with UPS. Well done.

Basically this place is ok, but the telephone support is rather unfriendly One time I tried to have 2 packages delivered to an alternative address and they just sent one of them. Then I had to specifically drive there because the phone support wasn't willing to help. The on site personal was very friendly and helpful though. Overall I try to avoid getting packages delivered via UPS, mainly because there is no pickup location close to me.

They are liars! I was waiting all day for my package and refreshing the Tracking page. At 5pm they updated the system saying they could not find me. Absolute lie, I did not leave the house and the doorbell works (I received a package from another company earlier in the day, so it definitely works). I will never use this company and in the future I will avoid purchasing anything from shops which use it.

I went to pick up the product and the package was damaged, half open and without the contents of the package I am talking about a loss evaluated at more than 1000 euros and the only response I had from them was to fill out a form that in the end was useless because the website sends me an error every time I try to enter it... terrible experience with UPS.

My story, The delivery man stolen the parcel. 13:07 04.11.2021. We was home three persons. We didnt seeing any UPS car here. The delivery man He didn't trying bell the door, didn't calling us and nobody signed under any form or pda scanning system, just he sad first time put the parcel front of the door, on other day he sad put outside the garage, but we was home. Also after 20minuts when we didn't found the parcel we calling the UPS center. This town about 3000 peoples living, our street very short just three houses number here. Our house the third the last one. From India to here under Gröeding 19positios was and everywhere was this parcel correct, just under this delivery man missed. Interesting? I want back my money, and respect but whats happend is not any words for that, we are very,very sad and angry. ??????

For first package delivery, I had to go personally and picked up because they didn’t came although on their website it was written that a delivery was tried but nobody was at the location. The lady from the office told me that next time I have to changed it from the website, from home delivery to personal pick up. Understood!! The second delivery, today 14.03.2022, I’ve changed on the website to come and pick it up( like that lady told me to do) so that I will avoid what happened in the past . Guess what? I went there and this dude told me that the package did not arrived yet although the status showed me different.He told to come in 2 hours or so. Ok! I came after 2hours, same dude, different problem this time, the package was there but it was taken for home delivery by mistake. He was sorry, he took my number and he told that I will be contacted. I’m still waiting… Pray for me??. Totally unprofessional. I will not recommend their services!!
