My package arrived on December 10th, 17:28 pm but until now, December 13th, the customer has not been notified! And he lives there!
N	Noemi Ryter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls sich dies ein Lieferservice nennt kann ich nur lachen. Angekündigten Liefertermin, 18.01. versuchte Zustellung am 28. und 29. Dezember um ca. 9 Uhr. Eine Info dass eine Zustellung versucht wurde oder Möglichkeit das Paket anders zu erhalten gab es nicht(Meine Info kam vom Versender) Das Paket wurde folglich zurück geliefert an den Absender ohne dass ich jemals davon erfahren hätte, dass überhaupt ein Zustellversuch stattgefunden hat. Wie soll eine Person die 100% in einem Bürojob arbeitet jemals eine Lieferung von UPS erhalten können? Kundenservice sagt nur, der Fahrer habe entschieden, dass das Paket nicht zustellbar ist und dies wenn zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr jemand für 2 Tage nicht um 10 Uhr zuhause ist. Könnte ich wählen würde ich immer ein anderer Zustelldienst nehmen... If this is called a delivery service, I can only laugh. Announced delivery date, January 18. attempted delivery on December 28th and 29th at around 9am. There was no information that a delivery was attempted or that there was no other way to receive the package (my information came from the sender) The package was consequently delivered back to the sender without me ever knowing that a delivery attempt had taken place at all. How is a person who works 100% in an office job ever supposed to get a shipment from UPS? Customer service only says that the driver has decided that the package cannot be delivered and that if someone is not home at 10 a.m. for 2 days between Christmas and New Years. If I could choose I would always use a different delivery service ...
