c	caney capan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeitstorte und Donuts bestellt. 5 Monate vor der Hochzeit sind wir extra 900km angereist um unsere Torte zu besprechen. Die Besprechung war sehr gut und sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist die Dame aber nicht mehr im Unternehmen und daher ist unsere Torte falsch geliefert worden. Sie sollte Schwarz mit Goldstaub sein, sie war aber leider grau. Zudem wurden die Blumen nicht so gesteckt, wie auf dem angegebenen Bild. Nachdem wir sie Torte aufgeschnitten haben, ist uns sofort klar geworden, dass wir sie so nicht bestellt haben. Mein Mann hat noch nie Alkohol konsumiert und in dieser Torte war definitiv Alkohol drin. Die Kinder vor Ort konnten die Torte somit auch nicht essen. Sie hat uns allen nicht geschmeckt, daher mussten wir sie entsorgen. Nach langem hin und her haben wir nur 15% Nachlass für eine falsche Hochzeitstorte bekommen, dass war sehr schade! Die Donuts waren aber super! Daher der eine Stern We ordered our wedding cake and donuts here. 5 months before the wedding we traveled an extra 900km to discuss our cake. The meeting was very good and very nice, we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lady is no longer with the company and therefore our cake was delivered incorrectly. It was supposed to be black with gold dust, but unfortunately it was grey. In addition, the flowers were not placed as shown in the picture. After we cut the cake, we immediately realized that we didn't order it that way. My husband has never consumed alcohol and this cake definitely had alcohol in it. The local children could not eat the cake. None of us liked it, so we had to throw it away. After a lot of back and forth we only got a 15% discount for a wrong wedding cake, that was a shame! But the donuts were great! Hence the one star

Der Kontakt im Vorfeld hätte ebenfalls zuvorkommender nicht sein können. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen und hinterlassen selbstverständlich fünf Sterne! Uli conjured up our wedding cake (three-tier Sachertorte) and sheet cake and we were thrilled. An absolute highlight in terms of taste and appearance! The contact in advance could not have been more courteous. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and of course leave five stars!
