With beautiful buildings and small squares with overflowing gardens.
At some point they were part of the Bavarian universities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Architektonisch sehr gelungenes Uni-Gebäude (Fakultät für Kultur- und Gesellschaftswissenschaften) mit einem modernen südseitig gelegenem Park und einem schönen Ausblick auf die Festung Hohen Salzburg.
Architecturally very successful university building (Faculty of Culture and Social Sciences) with a modern south-facing park and a beautiful view of the Hohen Salzburg Fortress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbar schöne Uni in einem weitläufigem grünen Park. Das Innere ist hell beleuchtet und weitläufig, mit einem zweistöckigen senkrechten Aquarium befüllt mit Pflanzen und einem Teich mit kleinem botanischen Garten direkt aus der Hintertür hinaus
Ansonsten gibt es alles was das Studenten Leben so begehrt, eine eigene Bibliothek, Mensa mit veganen Menüs und/oder kontrollierten Zutaten wo man im Sommer draussen sitzen kann und die Abteilungen der jeweiligen Studiengänge. Gibt sogar ein freilufthörsaal? Aber da war ich leider noch nie drinnen.

Wonderfully beautiful university in a spacious green park. The interior is brightly lit and spacious, with a two-story vertical aquarium filled with plants and a pond with a small botanical garden just out the back door
Otherwise, there is everything that student life desires, a library, canteen with vegan menus and/or controlled ingredients where you can sit outside in summer and the departments of the respective courses. Is there even an open-air lecture hall? But unfortunately I've never been inside.

We just walked around outside the building. Impressive structure, large plazas, lots of tourists and a variety of activities around like, musicians, stalls, street chess game. Another part of the beautiful general tour of the Old City
