A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man eine Psychiatrie mit mehr Problemen verlässt, als betritt, läuft da etwas gewaltig schief. Die Ärzte und Lehrer dort terrorisieren die Kinder - und das meine ich so. Purer Psychoterror. Manche Aussagen sind absolut unmöglich und haben in einer Psychiatrie echt nichts zu suchen. Erniedrigungen. Andauernd. Die Zeit dort war die schlimmste in meinem Leben und ich bin so unendlich froh, da wieder raus zu sein. Habe immer noch Flashbacks, haha... Ich gehe dort nie wieder hin. Seit ich wieder weg von dort bin, geht es mir eh wieder etwas besser - schlechter als vor dem AKH, aber besser als währenddessen. When you leave a psychiatry with more problems than you enter, something goes awry. The doctors and teachers there are terrorizing the children - and that's what I mean. Pure psycho terror. Some statements are absolutely impossible and have nothing to look for in a psychiatry. Humiliations. Ongoing. The time there was the worst in my life and I'm so happy to be out there again. Still have flashbacks, haha ... I will never go there again. Since I'm back from there, I feel a little better anyway - worse than before the AKH, but better than during the meantime.

Das Gefühl, der helfenden Arme war zwar da, aber es konnte keine Standsicherheit erreicht werden. Mir war nie klar, in den zwei Jahren, ob der Patient oder der Arzt dazulernt. within the scope of your possibilities ... or to benefit from further development? an overall picture that initially appears as a nest becomes an inextricable ball of wool. The feeling of the helping arms was there, but no stability could be achieved. In the two years it was never clear to me whether the patient or the doctor was learning.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unter professioneller Betreuung einer Akut Situation verstehe ich etwas anderes. Was man hier bekommt? Bis drei Stunden Wartezeit bei einem Notfall selbst wenn man alleine dort sitzt. Habe von meinem Psychiater erfahren dass die die Möglichkeit haben Skilltraining anzubieten, ich habe jedoch davon nie von ihnen etwas erfahren. Man fühlt sich einfach schlecht behandelt und alleine gelassen obwohl man Hilfe braucht. Nicht empfehlenswert! I understand something different by professional care for an acute situation. What do you get here? Up to three hours of waiting in the event of an emergency, even if you are sitting there alone. I learned from my psychiatrist that they have the opportunity to offer skill training, but I never heard from them. You just feel badly treated and left alone even though you need help. Not recommended!
Y	Y From The Block on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jahrelang Patientin in der KJP, bis zur Umsiedlung ins neue Gebäude, und danach bin ich Volljährig geworden. Ich kann mich nicht beschweren, meine Psychiaterin war immer für mich da und hat mir geholfen wo immer sie auch konnte. Ich hatte aber auch Begegnungen mit anderen Psychiatern der KJP, die wiederrum wirkten, als wären sie genervt vom Patient. Einziges was mich stört ist, das liegt nicht an der KJP selbst, sondern an dem Gesundheitsystem in Österreich, dass man mit 18 sofort bzw bald in die Erwachsenenpsychiatrie gehen muss, wo die Eingewöhnung einem echt schwer fallen kann. Ich finde da gehört sich was geändert. 18 bedeutet nicht gleich dass man auch reifer denkt, bzw dass das auch gleich das mentale Alter ist. I was a patient at the KJP for years, until the move to the new building, and after that I came of age. I can't complain, my psychiatrist was always there for me and helped me wherever she could. But I also had encounters with other psychiatrists from the KJP, who in turn looked as if they were annoyed by the patient. The only thing that bothers me is that it is not because of the KJP itself, but because of the health system in Austria that at 18 you have to go to adult psychiatry immediately or soon, where it can be really difficult to get used to it. I think something needs to be changed. 18 does not mean that you also think more mature, or that that is also your mental age.
M	Martin F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Sohn hatte in seinen ersten Lebensmonaten mit Tachykardien zu kämpfen. Die Ärzte auf der Kinderkardiologie sind DIE Experten in Österreich. Auch bei den wöchentlichen Beuchen in der Notaufnahme wurde schnell und professionell gehandelt. Our son struggled with tachycardia in the first months of his life. The doctors in the pediatric cardiology department are THE experts in Austria. The weekly visits to the emergency room were also dealt with quickly and professionally.

Meine Essstörung eure duch das angebliche „Anorexieprogramm“ noch extremer ausgebildet und bin mittlerweile nach 4 Jahren der Entlassung noch immer nicht gesund. Erst die Kjpp Tulln hat mir geholfen. Hab leider von vielen meiner Mitpatienten das Resümee bekommen, dass es ihnen nicht gut ergangen ist. Schade. (Schwester Renata ist aber die beste desshalb einen Stern zusätzlich für die beste Pflegerin:)) Unfortunately I didn't have any good experiences at all. My eating disorder developed even more extreme due to the alleged "anorexia program" and I'm still not healthy after 4 years of being released. Only the Kjpp Tulln helped me. Unfortunately, I got the summary from many of my fellow patients that they did not fare well. Too bad. (But sister Renata is the best, so an additional star for the best nurse :))
