Für 10 Minuten "Behandlungszeit", die mit Ausstellen einer Zuweisung und Aufschreiben EINES Medikaments ausgefüllt sind, erhält der Patient eine Honorarnote in astronomischer Höhe. Letztendlich war das verschriebene Medikament völlig umsonst. The amount of the fee is disproportionate to the service provided. The patient receives an astronomical fee for 10 minutes of "treatment time", which is completed by issuing an assignment and writing down a medication. Ultimately, the prescribed medication was completely free.
