Lieferung wurde endlich geliefert dafür ist die Qualität der Module OK Anlage funktioniert ohne Probleme bis auf einen Micro Wechselrichter lt Fa wird er ausgetauscht . Jetzt läuft die Anlage Super keine Probleme Delivery dates although on the internet is immediately available after 17 days no delivery. S	Sany Siegmund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null Sterne.. Jedesmal wenn man anruft wird man vertröstet"wir rufen gleich zurück ". Warte immer noch auf jeden einzelnen von den 100en Rückrufen zu diesem Thema. Die einzige fähige Person ist der Herr mit dem ausländischen Akzent, die einzige Person, die auch wirklich zurück rief und etwas in die Wege leitete. Auf die Frage:Wenn man seit 3 amonaten darauf wartet, dass ein Garantiefall bearbeitet wird, davon 1 Monat bis das Objekt abgeholt wurde, dabei Abbau selber und rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung, und dann wieder warten muss, obwohl es hieß:3 bis 4Wochen die Reparatur. Man fühlt sich verarscht. Und ja wir rufen mind. 2x pro Woche an,dabei heißt es immer wir rufen zurück, hahaha "Der Witz des Tages", denn es kommt kein Rückruf. Das ganze geht jetzt bald 4 Monat, aber positiv denken, es sind noch um die 16 Monate bis die Garantie vorbei ist, solange wird es ja nicht dauern.. Hoffen wir es.. Zero stars .. Every time you call you are put off "we'll call you back". Still waiting for every single one of the hundreds of recalls on the matter. The only capable person is the gentleman with the foreign accent, the only person who actually called back and initiated something. When asked: If you have been waiting for 3 months for a warranty case to be processed, 1 month of which until the object was picked up, dismantling yourself and timely notification, and then having to wait again, although it said: 3 to 4 weeks for the repair. You feel ripped off. And yes, we call at least twice a week, it always means we call back, hahaha "The joke of the day", because there is no callback. The whole thing is now almost 4 months, but think positively, there are still around 16 months until the guarantee is over, it won't last that long .. Let's hope so ..

Grundsätzlich gehe ich davon aus, dass jedes Unternehmen auf solche Anfragen reagiert - nicht in diesem Fall. Nach zwei versuchten Kontaktaufnahmen hatte ich aufgegeben. Guter Service sieht anders aus, ich frage mich was man wohl als Kunde erlebt, nachdem man bereits eingekauft hatte und unter Umständen Garantieansprüche durchsetzen müsste. /Edit: in der Zwischenzeit doch noch hier eingekauft. Kommunikation ist sehr mühsam und an braucht viel Geduld. Die Spedition kompensiert recht viel und am Ende des Tages hat doch noch alles mit Not und Mühe geklappt. I wanted to buy several items from this company and had asked for the specifications by email in advance. Basically, I assume that every company will respond to such requests - not in this case. After trying two contacts, I gave up. Good service looks different, I wonder what you experience as a customer after you have already made a purchase and might have to enforce warranty claims. / Edit: in the meantime still bought here. Communication is very tedious and needs a lot of patience. The shipping company compensates a lot and at the end of the day everything worked out with great difficulty.

Preis-Leistung = TOP Immer gerne wieder.
