H	Hannes Mitter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasko(Park)schaden wurde als Eigenverschulden durch Kollision mit (vermutlich) Mauerwerk abgetan!!! Mein Resümee: alle Verträge mit der Uniqa zu kündigen. Bemerkung: Bis dato fünf Versicherungsverträge über 20 Jahre bei der Uniqa, bis auf 1x Windschutzscheibentausch kein Schaden verzeichnet. Kasko (Park) damage was dismissed as self-inflicted by collision with (presumably) masonry !!! My conclusion: to terminate all contracts with the Uniqa. Remark: Up to now five insurance contracts over 20 years with the Uniqa, up to 1x windscreen exchange no damage registered.

Kunden sind eben doch auch Menschen, aber das bedeutet für die Uniqua wenig. Wir haben keinen Schadensfall, keine Ärgernis mit der Uniqua, nur eine Rückfrage, zu einer lang anhaltenden Autoversicherung – die wir jetzt kündigen werden. Das letzte Band einer funktionierenden Gesellschaft — das soziale Band — zerfällt in der Uniqua Annenstraße. Welch erbärmlicher Ort. The interaction is negative to questionable, if there are three of you only two get an armchair. After all, customers are people too, but that means little for Uniqua. We have no claim, no annoyance with the Uniqua, just a query about a long-term car insurance - which we will now cancel. The last bond of a functioning society - the social bond - disintegrates in the Uniqua Annenstrasse. What a pathetic place.

R	Robert Edelbrunner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches Personal bin schnell fertig gewesen aber mir fehlten die Namen schilder warum wenn was passiert wie zum beispiel nicht eingetragen oder falsche daten eingeben oder so...da mit ich weiß bei wem ich war sonst alles okay. Friendly staff finished quickly, but I missed the name signs why if something happens such as not entered or entered wrong data or something ... because I know with whom I was otherwise everything was okay.

Ich habe mein Anliegen vorab abends per Kontaktformular eingebracht und wurde gleich am Folgetag in der Früh zurückgerufen. Sowohl die Frau vom Kundendienst als auch der Zuständige Herr im ServiceCenter waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Alles wurde schnell und zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ganz klar 5 Sterne! I cannot understand the bad reviews here at all. I submitted my request in advance in the evening using the contact form and was called back the following day in the morning. Both the customer service woman and the responsible man in the service center were very competent and friendly. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Clearly 5 stars!
