Sobald Probleme auftauchen nur grantige Reaktionen, am Ende wurde mein „auf Wiedersehen“ mit „hoffentlich nicht“ beantwortet. Daher - weder gute Qualität, noch freundlich - auf nimmer Wiedersehen. At first friendly but determined. Then an LED strip was defective - and became ugly. As soon as problems arise, only grumpy reactions, in the end my "goodbye" was answered with "hopefully not". Therefore - neither good quality, nor friendly - goodbye.

Dann wird behauptet der Elektriker sei schuld. Dabei war der Led-Streifen schlecht. Nicht mal ein „sorry“ , nur unfreundlich. Hoffe ich muss da nie mehr hin. Already reported about bad service above - the product was broken and had to be replaced (additional costs for me). Then the electrician is said to be to blame. The led strip was bad. Not even a "sorry", just unfriendly. I hope I never have to go there again.

Die Bänder sind von hoher Qualität und Doppelplatine. Sie sind nicht einfach zu installieren, aber die Lichtstärke entspricht dem Standard, der für unser Projekt sehr wichtig war. The tapes are high quality and double sinker. They are not easy to install, but the light intensity is of the standard that was very important for our project.
