Very nice staff, always friendly. Orders and deliveries are also no problem. A solution is found for every problem, books that are not available are ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst kompetente, hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, haben bei den juristischen Büchern die wesentliche Studienliteratur immer lagernd, den Rest kann man (auch telefonisch) bestellen. Das Service ist (auf Wunsch inklusive Anfrage beim Verlag, ob in absehbarer Zeit mit einer Neuauflage zu rechnen ist) perfekt (telefonische oder E-Mail Benachrichtigung bei Eintreffen in der Filiale). Ich kaufe mittlerweile alle Fachbücher hier.
Extremely competent, helpful and friendly employees always have the essential study literature in stock for the legal books, the rest can be ordered (also by phone). The service is perfect (upon request including a request from the publisher as to whether a new edition can be expected in the foreseeable future) (notification by telephone or e-mail upon arrival at the branch). I now buy all the specialist books here.

I've been a satisfied customer for years, even when the bookstore was called something else. If placed in the morning, orders are usually ready for collection the next working day. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
