Das, was man im Geschäft bekommt, ist, wie wenn Sie getrockneten Majoran aus dem Pakerl mit frisch geerntetem vergleichen. Wer diesen Paprika einmal probiert, wird nie wieder einen verwenden, der in einem Geschäft verkauft wird. Es gibt keinen Paprika in dieser Qualität im Verkauf. I have to say that I never knew how paprika was really supposed to taste. What you get in the store is like comparing dried marjoram from the Pakerl with freshly harvested. Anyone who tries this pepper once will never use one that is sold in a store again. There are no peppers of this quality on sale.

Man sollte allerdings Schärfe vertragen, also vorher etwas moderat anwenden und vorallem erst am Schluss zu den Speisen geben. Nothing works without our beloved Pista! An essential teaser!!!! The goulash paste is also highly recommended! However, you should be able to tolerate the heat, so use it moderately beforehand and, above all, only add it to the food at the end.

Ich haben ihn gegen einen Holzknopf mit Gewinde aus dem Baumarkt getauscht. Nun ist alles perfekt. The goulash kettle is valuable, the material not too thin, that was a purchase decision. The plastic button on the stainless steel lid is unnecessary. I exchanged it for a wooden button with a thread from the hardware store. Now everything is perfect.
