Ich bin auf UMEX aufgrund der Google Rezensionen gestoßen und kann den negativen überhaupt nichts abgewinnen. Die Auswahl war riesig, sicher an die 20 bis 30 unterschiedliche Masken. Mir wurde meine Maske inkl. Schnorchel entsprechend meiner Gesichtsform angepasst. Die Verkäufer waren super nett und haben mir auch Tipps für Vorbereitung und Pflege gegeben. Insgesamt habe ich 78€ für eine Aqualung Maske mit Schnorchel ausgegeben, was ich im Internet auch nicht billiger gesehen habe. Insgesamt ein absolut positives Einkaufserlebnis, ich kann den Shop nur weiter empfehlen. I was at UMEX yesterday to buy a new diving mask. I came across UMEX because of the Google reviews and can not win the negative at all. The selection was huge, for sure the 20 to 30 different masks. I was adjusted my mask including snorkel according to my face shape. The sellers were super nice and gave me tips for preparation and care. Overall, I spent 78 € for an Aqualung mask with snorkel, which I have not seen cheaper on the Internet. Overall an absolutely positive shopping experience, I can only recommend the shop.
C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei Umex Flossen, Tauchfüßlinge sowie Taucherbrille und Schnorchel eingekauft und bin super zufrieden. Es wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass die Artikel eine sehr gute Passform haben und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe alle Artikel schon verwendet und es passte wunderbar. Man merkt beim Verkauf die jahrelange Erfahrung, das Fachwissen und auch die persönliche Liebe zum Tauchsport. Weiters habe ich den ersten Teil meines Tauchscheins (PADI Open Water) bei Umex gebucht und bin sehr glücklich über meine Entscheidung. In diesem Sinne möchte ich Alex als PADI Master Instructor besonders hervorheben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt bei allen Übungen und auch die Theorie war logisch aufgebaut und sehr gut strukturiert. Alex hat uns auch schwierige Parts in der Theorie verständlich erklärt und hat sich genügend Zeit für uns genommen. Man hatte nie das Gefühl das man einen Zeitdruck hat, im Gegenteil, Alex hat sich genügend Zeit genommen und uns darüberhinaus vieles gezeigt und erklärt. Ich würde sechs Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte, weil es eine ganz tolle Erfahrung war. :) I bought fins, diving boots as well as diving goggles and snorkels from Umex and I am very satisfied. Great care was taken to ensure that the items fit very well and I was not disappointed. I have already used all the articles and it fit wonderfully. You notice the years of experience, the specialist knowledge and also the personal love for diving with the sale. Furthermore I booked the first part of my diving license (PADI Open Water) with Umex and I am very happy about my decision. In this sense, I would like to highlight Alex as a PADI Master Instructor. I felt very comfortable with all exercises and the theory was logically structured and very well structured. Alex also explained difficult parts to us in theory and took enough time for us. You never had the feeling that you were pressed for time, on the contrary, Alex took enough time and also showed us a lot and explained. I would give six stars if I could because it was a great experience. :)
E	Ele Fant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. Genervt, unfreundlich, dazu unprofessionelle Beratung! Der Verkäufer wollte mir eine Brille einreden, die wirklich nicht gepasst hat. Mit dem Argument, dass er es besser wissen muss wenn sie passt als ich, weil er schon so viele verkauft hat. Ich weiß schon ein bissl was ich gern von meiner Brille hätt aber ohne Erfahrung würd ich diesen Laden besser nicht empfehlen! Es gibt in Wien ander sehr gute Fachgeschäfte... Not recommendable. Annoyed, unfriendly, plus unprofessional advice! The seller tried to convince me that glasses really didn't fit. With the argument that he has to know better than me if it fits because he has already sold so many. I already know a bit what I would like to have from my glasses, but without experience I would not recommend this shop! There are other very good specialist shops in Vienna ...
