In der Schieferienzeit sollte man keinen Unfall haben, da sind alle guten Ärzte auf Urlaub und man wird mit Lügengeschichten hingehalten und heim geschickt. Dann, wenn der gute Artzt zurück ist, wird man plötzlich angerufen und einbestellt und angepfaucht, daß man dringend operiert werden müsse. das ist jetzt nicht so die nette Art, wenn man zuvor 3 Wochen invalide ans Bett gefesselt war und keine Diagnose erhalten hatte. Jedoch: die OP ist gut verlaufen, der Stationsarzt war sehr nett und hatte zum Schluß einen wertvollen Rat, der weitere Operationen verhindern konnte. Sehr nette und gut geführte Pflegerinnen und Pfleger. Gute Physiotherapie, jedoch war die Niedergelassene Therapeutin - Mildenburggasse - noch etwas besser ;)) Fazit 3 Jahre später: Bein in Ordnung, Alles funktioniert, sehr dankbar! All's well that ends well. In the slate time you shouldn't have an accident, all good doctors are on vacation and you are put off with tales of lies and sent home. Then, when the good doctor is back, you are suddenly called and ordered and hissed that you urgently need an operation. This is not the nice way to be if you were previously handcuffed to bed for 3 weeks and had not received a diagnosis. However: the operation went well, the ward doctor was very nice and at the end had valuable advice that prevented further operations. Very nice and well-run nurses. Good physiotherapy, but the resident therapist - Mildenburggasse - was a little better;)) Conclusion 3 years later: ok, everything works, very grateful!
t	tyy346 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Unfall am Sprunggelenk wurde ich ins UKH sbg gebracht. nach reichlicher Untersuchung wurde mir gesagt da ist nichts & das wird von alleine, ich musste um Krücken beten da ich diese nicht von alleine bekam. Nach 7 Monaten dauerhafter schmerzen stellte sich raus das ich ich ein Knochenmarksödem, gerissene Bänder & immer noch eine Fraktur habe. Als ich am Samstag morgen angerufen und die Situation geschildert habe musste ich es 3 verschiedenen Personen erklären bis ich zum leitendem Arzt durchkam. Dieser jedoch fand es amüsant das ich an einem Samstag kommen will wo nur ambulant Dienst statt findet & lachte darüber. Lustig fand ich es jedoch nicht, ich bin 22 Jahre jung & lebe für den Sport. Die letzten 7 Monate waren eine starke psychische Belastung für mich da ich in meiner Freizeit nur rumliegen konnte & arbeiten für mich tag für tag eine Qual mit schmerzen ist. UKH Salzburg wo Inkompetenz & Arroganz an der Tagesordnung stehen. Man sollte nicht mit der Gesundhe anderer spielen nur weil man keine lust auf seine Arbeit hat After an accident on my ankle, I was brought to the UKH sbg. after extensive examination I was told there is nothing & it will work by itself, I had to pray for crutches because I didn't get them by myself. After 7 months of persistent pain it turned out that I have bone marrow edema, torn ligaments & still a fracture. When I called on Saturday morning and described the situation, I had to explain it to 3 different people until I got through to the doctor in charge. But he found it amusing that I want to come on a Saturday where there is only outpatient service & laughed about it. I didn't find it funny, however, I'm 22 years old and live for sport. The last 7 months have been a strong psychological burden for me because I could only lie around in my free time & work is a pain for me every day. UKH Salzburg where incompetence & arrogance are the order of the day. You shouldn't play with the health of others just because you don't feel like doing your job
W	Wüsstest du gerne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezieht sich auf die reine Organisation bzw auf den Besuch eines Patienten. Als deutscher wird man mit abgewiesen wenn man kein PCR Ergebnis vorlegt und als Österreicher muss man lediglich schnell zum Schnelltest nebenan und kommt dann hoch zum Patienten.. Wenn man das in DE machen würde, holla die Waldfee.. Refers to the pure organization or to the visit of a patient. As a German you will be turned away if you do not present a PCR result and as an Austrian you only have to go to the quick test next door and then come up to the patient.. If you would do that in DE, hello to the forest fairy..
A	Atilla Tas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Arbeitsunfall bin ich Dienstag 29.3.2022 mit Handgelenksschmerzen in die Notaufnahme gegangen und auch Behandelt worden! Handgelenk Bandagiert und Schmerzsalbe und Schmerztabletten bekommen! Bin Heute wieder mit Schmerzen hin weil es 5 Tage lang net besser geworden ist! Mir wurde gesagt das das kein Notfall ist und ich warten müsse und jeder der kommt vor mir dran kommen wird! Zu dem Zeitpunt waren 2 Patieten im Wartebereich! Nach 1 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit bin ich wieder gefahren weil 5 Patienten obwohl Sie nach mir gekommen sind fertig geworden sind mit 1. Arztbesuch, Röntgen, 2 Arztbesuch mit Behandlung!!! Danke für die nicht behandlung meiner Schmerzen Ps.: Schreiben von meinem Rechtsanwalt und meldung bei der Patientenanwaltschaft werden folgen! After an accident at work, I went to the emergency room on Tuesday March 29th, 2022 with wrist pain and was also treated! Wrist bandaged and given pain ointment and painkillers! I'm back in pain today because it hasn't gotten any better for 5 days! I was told that this is not an emergency and that I have to wait and whoever comes before me will get their turn! At the time there were 2 patients in the waiting area! After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, I left again because 5 patients, although they came after me, had finished with the 1st doctor's visit, X-ray, 2 doctor's visits with treatment!!! Thank you for not treating my pain Ps.: A letter from my lawyer and a report to the patient advocacy will follow!
F	Franz Hans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3h Wartezeit in der Notaufnahme, obwohl ich bereits gestern in Zell am See in der Erstversorgung war und einen Arztbrief hatte, wo klar stand, dass das Röntgen unauffällig ist und dringend ein MRI gemacht werden soll da Verdacht auf Bänderverletzung. All das wurde ignoriert und auf die Röntgenbilder bestande, die aber nicht kamen. Fazit: Fisch verletzte werden rasch behandelt, überwiesene Patienten werden vollkommen ignoriert und stundenlang sitzen gelassen! ? 3 hours of waiting time in the emergency room, although I was in first aid yesterday in Zell am See and had a doctor's letter that clearly stated that the X-ray was unremarkable and that an MRI should be done urgently because of a suspected ligament injury. All of this was ignored and X-rays were insisted on, but they never came. Conclusion: Fish injured are treated quickly, referred patients are completely ignored and left sitting for hours! ?
D	Diana Mimue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz mehrfacher Mitteilung dass EXTREM starken Schmerzen mit VERDACHT auf Bandscheibenvorfall vorhanden, mussten wir über 2 Stunden warten. Die Dame Aufnahme (rothaarig) sollte dringend im Umgang mit Patienten geschult werden. Auch die anderen Damen sind sehr überheblich. Despite repeated reports that EXTREMELY severe pain with a SUSPECT of a herniated disc, we had to wait more than 2 hours. The receptionist (redhead) urgently needs training in dealing with patients. The other women are also very arrogant.

Nachdem ich vom örtlichen Krankenhaus (Schladming) am Tag des Unfalls angewiesen worden bin, ich soll mich doch in meinem Heimatort operieren lassen weil man für mich erst in einer Woche einen OP Termin hätte, bin ich also ohne große Erwartungen hierher gefahren. Operation erfolgte gleich am selben Tag, worüber ich noch immer heilfroh bin und alle Mitarbeiter waren von vorne bis hinten kompetent und freundlich. The reason for my stay was a broken collarbone. After I was instructed by the local hospital (Schladming) on the day of the accident that I should have the operation in my home town because they didn't have an appointment for me for another week, I drove here without any great expectations. The operation took place on the same day, which I am still very happy about and all the employees were competent and friendly from start to finish.
