 Buildings of substandard aesthetic and substantial quality that usually represent a devaluation for the neighborhood. Characteristic are the multiply attached conductive signs U.M.Bau AG. The narcissistic disturbance of the owner would be an exciting topic for a non-fiction book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people that work in the place is really kind and nice but the organization is made from people arrogant and not patient.
They speak quite only German but they give flat to a lot of people from abroad.
A lot of time when I call them if don’t answer me the woman that I know all the other are really not nice.
The flats are well made but really warm in the summer.
Quality prize is too high.
