★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich muss ich sagen, dass ich gerne in diesem Geschäft stöbere und ich es wirklich schätze. ABER von Bestellungen über die Filiale kann ich nur abraten. Wir haben (damit wir die lokalen Geschäfte unterstützen) eine für uns wichtige Bestellung bei Tyrolia Lienz durchgeführt, obwohl das selbe Produkt im Internet 50€ günstiger war und die Lieferung für 3 Werktage zugesichert wurde. Die Bestellung im Geschäft erfolgte 1 Monat (!!!) bevor wir das Produkt benötigten, mit einem angegebenen Lieferdatum, welches für uns passte. Am besagten Lieferdatum war jedoch keine Spur von unserer Bestellung und man konnte uns nicht sagen, wann diese kommen würde. Anscheinend erhält das Geschäft keine Angaben zu den wirklichen Lieferterminen.
Werde in Zukunft diese Filiale meiden (müssen), da auch wenn die Mitarbeiter(innen) nicht Schuld daran tragen, Liefertermine nicht eingehalten werden können.
Basically I have to say that I enjoy browsing this store and I really appreciate it. BUT I can only advise against orders via the branch. We placed an important order with Tyrolia Lienz (so that we can support the local shops), although the same product was €50 cheaper online and delivery was guaranteed for 3 working days. The order in store was placed 1 month (!!!) before we needed the product with a given delivery date that suited us. However, on the said delivery date there was no sign of our order and we could not be told when it would arrive. Apparently, the store does not receive any information on the actual delivery dates.
Will (have to) avoid this branch in the future, because even if the employees are not to blame, delivery dates cannot be met.
