★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein E-Bike ausgeborgt und sind nach 10 Minuten in strömenden Regen gekommen. Haben es also gleich zurück gebracht und die Leihgebühr vollständig zurück erstattet bekommen. Vielen Dank! Das nenne ich Kundenfreundlichkeit.
We borrowed an e-bike and came in pouring rain after 10 minutes. So we brought it back straight away and got the rental fee refunded in full. Many Thanks! That's what I call customer friendliness.

Very friendly staff. Good spa treatments, especially for the eyes. Had a nice big room. I really liked the food.
