Das frisch gemahlene Mehl kann man dann in kleinen Stoffsäckchen als Souvenir mit nach Hause nehmen. The Tuxer Mühle has been beautifully renovated and is put into operation every Monday in summer. The freshly ground flour can then be taken home as a souvenir in small cloth bags.
