Beim Betreten war weit und breit niemand, habe mich daher bei der Vitrine umgesehen und plötzlich ist die Dame hinter mir die Stiegen raufgehuscht um ja nichts gefragt zu werden. Hab dann einen jungen Mann gefunden, aber da gab es kein "Guten Tag", sondern nur ein Schnauben auf meine Frage. Augenverdrehen und schwerfälligen Helfen. Plötzlich tauchte die Dame bei der Kassa auf, weiterhin kein Hallo oder sonstiges Lebenszeichen. Habe gezahlt und bin gegangen. Zumindest konstant unhöflich geblieben und beim Verlassen auch nicht gegrüßt worden. Es gab vor einigen Jahren echt gute Beratung dort und ich ging auch gern meine Dartsachen dort kaufen. Zur Zeit habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich ihnen mein Geld aufzwingen. Hoffe es bessert sich wieder. Rarely seen such rude salespeople. When entering there was nobody far and wide, so I looked around the showcase and suddenly the lady behind me scurried up the stairs so as not to be asked anything. Then I found a young man, but there was no "Hello", just a snort when I asked. Rolling eyes and clumsy helping. Suddenly the lady appeared at the cash desk, still no hello or other sign of life. Paid and left. At least consistently rude and not greeted when leaving. There was really good advice there a few years ago and I also liked going there to buy my darts. At the moment I feel like I'm forcing my money on them. Hope it gets better.

Eigentlich wollte ich 10 Billardtische von SAM bestellen , hat sich erledigt. Incredibly unsympathetic sales staff. It may be that they are well versed, but the advice is like an unparalleled paternalism. I actually wanted to order 10 billiard tables from SAM, but that's done.

T	Time Master on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die anderen Rezensenten nicht verstehen, man kommt rein, zeigt seinen 2G-Nachweis und kann sich dann umsehen, wenn man etwas sucht wird man auch prompt und freundlich gefragt was man denn suche und es wird einem wirklich schnell geholfen das richtige zu finden. Was man aber bedenken sollte ist dass das nicht so ein typisches Geschäft ist wo man einfach den Artikel aus dem Regal nimmt sondern diese Artikel eher die Ausstellungsstücke sind und man dann die praktisch produktionsfrischen aus dem Lager bekommt. Und das finde ich auch super dabei, dass man dann nicht etwas kauft was schon in hundert fremder Finger war. Die Preise sind mehr als OK, ich denke Originale bekommt man wo anders kaum günstiger zudem man hier eine größere Auswahl als auch wenn nötig eine kompetente Beratung bekommt. Ich komme gerne wieder. I can't understand the other reviewers, you come in, show your 2G card and can then look around, if you're looking for something you're asked promptly and friendly what you're looking for and you're helped really quickly to find the right one. What you should keep in mind though is that this isn't a typical store where you just take the item off the shelf, rather these items are the display items and then you get the practically production fresh ones from the warehouse. And I also think it's great that you don't buy something that was already in the hands of a hundred strangers. The prices are more than OK, I think you can't get originals cheaper anywhere else, you also get a larger selection here and, if necessary, competent advice. I will gladly come again.
