Der Eigentümer ist ein bekannter Biologie-Professor der alles in Eigenregie, liebevoll, doch eher meditativ, zubereitet. Alles von Topqualität und man befindet sich in einer Oase, die auch alle Sinne und den Geist anzuregen vermag. Wenn man von grossem Hunger geplagt ist, dann muss man sich in Geduld üben. Es gibt auch nur sehr wenig Auswahl, doch alles sehr gut. Schön wäre es wenn man vorweg Aufstriche bekäme, um den Heisshunger zu stillen. Ein grossartiges Ambiente sowie die Freundlichkeit des Hausherrn während der Führung durch die Galerie, entschädigen einen vollkommen für das Warten und die Minikarte. Es ist kein Gastrobetrieb im herkömmlichen Sinn, sondern etwas ganz Besonderes. The Heuriger has a unique garden, quaint, beautiful. The owner is a well-known biology professor who prepares everything himself, lovingly, but rather meditatively. Everything of top quality and you are in an oasis that can stimulate all the senses and the mind. If you are very hungry, you have to be patient. There is very little choice, but everything is very good. It would be nice if you had spreads in advance to satisfy your cravings. A great ambience and the friendliness of the host during the tour of the gallery make up for the waiting and the minimap. It is not a restaurant business in the traditional sense, but something very special.

More original than in another time. And super boss. Had a really nice evening and will definitely come back to Gödel Speck ???
