★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Angestellten bekommen 5 Sterne, weil sie wirklich sehr nett und kompetent sind. Aber wenn Kataloge für Rundreisen Mitte November noch nicht angeliefert sind können auch sie nicht zaubern!!!
The employees get 5 stars because they are really nice and competent. But if catalogs for round trips have not yet been delivered in mid-November, they cannot do magic either!

Wir möchten uns ganz besonders bei Frau Diana MIKUSCH und dem gesamten Team von TUI Kindberg recht herzlich für deren Hilfe bedanken. Obwohl es ein Wochenende betraf war Frau MIKUSCH für uns freitags Abend und den gesamten Samstag erreichbar und hat uns bei der Planung unserer abrupten Heimreise tatkräftig unterstützt.
UNFORTUNATELY my wife and I had to cancel our Namibia vacation prematurely because of the corona outbreak. We would particularly like to thank Ms. Diana MIKUSCH and the entire TUI Kindberg team for their help. Even though it was a weekend, Ms. MIKUSCH was available for us on Friday evening and all Saturday and gave us active support in planning our abrupt journey home.
