Staff friendly, but not particularly competent. Booked accommodation turned out to be unavailable 2 weeks after a fixed booking.

Sucht euch einen anderen, aber nicht diesen Veranstalter!!! Never again at TUI. It's best to organize everything yourself right away. They don't care. The employees are a disaster !!! Look for another one, but not this organizer!
