Dagegen kann ich die Pizzeria nebenan wärmstens empfehlen, genauso wie viele Buschenschanken wie Legat und Fellner. Was mich aber total verstört hat war, dass für man für das Bezahlen des Zimmers beim Auschecken mit Kreditkarte eine Gebühr bezahlen muss. Der Grund des Hotels ist, dass sie für jede Transaktion zahlen müssen und sie das nicht auf die Zimmer aufrechnen wollen. Meine Schwägerin hat lange Zeit ald Rezeptionistin gearbeitet und meinte, dass man für das Akzeptieren von Kreditkarten eine Jahresgebühr bezahlt und nicht pro Transaktion. Wir hatten eine Rechnung von über 600€ und mussten eine Gebühr von rund 5€ bezahlen. Das ist meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit, da es in jedem Hotel (in dem ich bis jetzt genächtigt habe) und jedem Supermarkt ein kostenlose Service ist, egal wie klein der Betrag ist. Das ist einfach guter Kundenservice, denn fast jeder hst auf der Bankomatkarte eine Beschränkung und kann größere Beträge nicht damit bezahlen. In principle, the Hotel am Zahn dee time and the breakfast buffet was good. Dinner is okay, but nothing special. On the other hand, I can warmly recommend the pizzeria next door, as well as many wine taverns like Legat and Fellner. But what totally bothered me was that when you check out you have to pay a fee for paying for the room with a credit card. The reason for the hotel is that they have to pay for every transaction and they don't want to add that to the rooms. My sister-in-law worked as a receptionist for a long time and said that you pay an annual fee for accepting credit cards and not per transaction. We had an invoice for over € 600 and had to pay a fee of around € 5. In my opinion, this is a joke, as there is a free service in every hotel (in which I have stayed so far) and every supermarket, no matter how small the amount. This is simply good customer service, because almost everyone has a limit on the ATM card and cannot use it to pay larger amounts.

Als kleinen Kritikpunkt kann man die überschaubare Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten anführen. Sehr nettes Ambiente und sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder! Very friendly staff and quick service. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and delivered quickly. As a small point of criticism, one can cite the manageable selection of vegetarian dishes. Very nice atmosphere and highly recommended! We will be back!
