Verlangen Geld für "Reparaturen"(der Herr von der Firma ist lediglich gekommen um eine "Besichtigung" zu machen und 1 Stunde zu spät ohne Anruf o.ä.) die sie selber verursacht haben. Bad service. Request money for "repairs" (the gentleman from the company only came to do a "tour" and 1 hour late without a call or the like) that they caused themselves.

Nach 4 Tagen!!!! meldet sich ein Service Mitarbeiter -er könnte spontan vorbei kommen - freundlich, sehr kompetent und konnte rasch dass Problem beheben - Top - Vielen Dank Top service - request about repairing my awning - next appointment probably in 4-5 weeks, well, high season, you can't do anything - but at least earlier than with 3 competitors. After 4 days !!!! A service employee reports - he could come by spontaneously - friendly, very competent and was able to fix the problem quickly - great - thank you very much

Ich habe ein Anfrage-Mail geschrieben, innerhalb 1 Std. kam ein Anruf, Vor-Ort-Besichtigung noch am selben Tag und am nächsten Tag kam schon das Angebot per Mail! Auch bei meiner Auftragserteilung hat man innerhalb von 30 min darauf reagiert! Bin gespannt, ob die Lieferung und Montage der Jalousien auch so kundenorientiert und zuvorkommend ablaufen. Update zur Montage und Rechnung: Alles verlief pünktlich und planmäßig, die Monteure waren sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit! Auch bei der Rechnung gab es keine böse Überraschung, es wurde exakt wie angeboten verrechnet! Sehr empfehlenswert! Customer service is absolutely great! I wrote an inquiry email, a call came within 1 hour, on-site inspection on the same day and the offer came by email the next day! Even when I placed my order, they reacted to it within 30 minutes! I'm curious to see whether the delivery and installation of the blinds are also so customer-oriented and courteous. Update on assembly and invoice: Everything went on time and according to plan, the fitters were very competent and helpful! There was no nasty surprise with the bill either, it was billed exactly as offered! Highly recommended!

Angebot kam prompt und entsprach ggü. 5 Mitbewerbern als einziges unserer Vorstellung. Nach einem Besichtigungstermin dauerte es - wie im vorhinein angekündigt - 5 Wochen bis geliefert und äußert kompetent und freundlich montiert wurde. Haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Gerne wieder. Ordered a small shade sail as a privacy screen and were extremely satisfied. Offer came promptly and corresponded to. 5 competitors as the only one in our imagination. After a viewing appointment, it took - as announced in advance - 5 weeks to deliver and assemble it in a very competent and friendly manner. Have absolutely nothing to complain about! Gladly again.
