N	Nix Mustermamn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Bodenlose Frechheit diese Firma gehört verklagt mann will kündigen und lassen uns 9 Monate lang weiter BEZAHLEN so eine abzocke gehört angezeigt und vor gericht gebracht werde es dem Konsumentenschutz melden Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich unkompeten und nur lügen verbreiten es steht niegendwo das mann 9 Monate kündigungsfrist bezahlen muss....sie kommen auch reinigen ohne sich anzumelden der mitarbeiter meint nur er muss es machen....kosten werden uns im nachhinein verechnet wie Trotteln...so eine vertrottelte und unkompetente Firma...Nach 2 Jahren gebrauch lassen sie uns nicht kündigen unmöglich die firma Aqua Alpine.... VERDIENEN TU DIE GAR KEIN STERN NUR GEHT NICHT ANDERS.... A bottomless cheek this company is sued man wants to quit and let us continue to PAY for 9 months such a rip-off should be reported and brought to court it will be reported to consumer protection staff very unfriendly incompetent and only spread lies it is never mentioned that man has to pay 9 months notice .... They also come to clean without registering, the employee only says he has to do it .... costs are charged to us afterwards like idiots ... such a stupid and incompetent company ... J	Jozef Biro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevor sie den vertrag bei denen unterschreiben lesen sie sich die AGB genau durch den das unternehmen verlängert gerne den vertrag automatisch und eine vozeitige kündigung ist dann nicht möglich ohne stornogebühr fürs ganze jahr. Zu den vereinbarten Tag & Uhrzeit sind die Herrschaften nicht gekommen immer nächsten oder übernächsten Tag sind die erschienen und haben Reinigung Kartuschen verrechnet und haben von Anfang bis zum Schluss nicht einmal die Wasserspender gereinigt. Deren „Grund“ war Corona. Ich verstehe wenn es Anfang Corona Zeit nicht möglich war aber nach 2 Jahren das keiner die reinigt aber verrechnen tun Sie es trotzdem! Und nachdem ich gekündigt habe, hat man durch ihren Launen gemerkt das die garnicht erfreut waren. Bin total unzufrieden mit Ihnen gewesen. Danke einmal und nie wieder. In the beginning, the service was still good but over time they have subsided. S	Sabine Kurz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Gerät wurde bereits einmal ausgetauscht, weil es sich selbstständig macht. In meiner Abwesenheit ist das heisse Wasser in der Küche übergelaufen. Nach dem Tausch wurde es etwas besser. Behoben ist das Problem allerdings nicht. Zudem ist es in seiner wiederkehrenden Selbständigkeit sehr laut. Ich habe bereits gekündigt zum 30.4. und gebeten, das Gerät jetzt schon abzuholen damit es keine Schäden am Parkett verursacht. Ich bin natürlich bereit die monatlichen Raten weiter zu zahlen.Allerdings ist dies nicht möglich , da eine vorherige Abholung laut Vertrag nicht machbar ist. Hierzu müsste ich die Raten vorab bezahlen. Ich habe selten eine so unflexible Firma gesehen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der sehr nette und kompetente Techniker Markus. Am Innendienst muss gearbeitet werden. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. The device has already been replaced once because it becomes self-sufficient. J	Joseph Steinlechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wasserqualität ist Super und auch das Produkt, hier würde ich volle Punkte geben, aber das ist leider nicht alles. Mir wurden für meinen monatlichen Beitrag statt 32€ über 750€ abgebucht. Nach einem Anruf beim Service hieß es, das mir das Geld wieder überwiesen wird. Leider wurde mir nur die Hälfte überwiesen, und nachdem ich dem nachging hieß es, der Abteilungsleiter meldet sich in Kürze bei mir. 4 Stunden Später rufe ich an um nachzufragen und lande im ausgelagerten Callcenter, wo mir gesagt wird, dass die Firma bereits geschlossen hat (Freitag, 12:55) und er nur eine Nachricht weiterleiten kann, dass man sich am Montag bei mir melden wird. Das ist echt frustrierend und alles andere als kundenorientiert. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und frustriert, dass ich meine Zeit und Energie aufwenden muss, um mehrere Fehler auszubügeln, die von Aqua Alpina auf meine Kosten gemacht wurden. Wirklich schade, dass ein gutes Produkt an inkompetenten Personal leiden muss. Die Lieferung ist übrigens auch praktisch, man kann die Flaschen einfach vor der Türe abstellen und diese werden zu einem vorher vereinbarten Liefertermin ausgetauscht. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung müsste ich eigentlich 0-1/5 Sterne geben, aber wie gesagt, das Produkt und der Austausch der Flaschen ist sehr gut, deswegen gibt es immerhin noch 2/5 Sternen The water quality is great and so is the product, I would give full points here, but unfortunately that's not all. Instead of € 32, over € 750 was debited from me for my monthly fee. After a call to the service, they said that the money will be transferred back to me. Unfortunately only half of the amount was transferred to me, and after I investigated it was said that the head of department will get in touch with me shortly. 4 hours later I call to inquire and end up in the outsourced call center, where I am told that the company has already closed (Friday, 12:55 pm) and he can only forward a message that I will be contacted on Monday. It's really frustrating and anything but customer-oriented. I am really disappointed and frustrated that I have to spend my time and energy ironing out several mistakes Aqua Alpina made at my expense. It's a real shame that a good product has to suffer from incompetent staff. The delivery is also practical, by the way, you can simply put the bottles in front of the door and they will be exchanged at a previously agreed delivery date. Based on my experience, I should actually give it 0-1 / 5 stars, but as I said, the product and the exchange of the bottles is very good, so it still gives it 2/5 stars
