Unsere Bikes hatten durch mehrere Pass Überquerungen, unter anderem den Katschberg Pass, schwer gelitten. Die Bremsscheiben und Bremsbeläge waren fällig. Das hat er nicht nur repariert, sondern auch verbessert, durch Auswahl höherwertiger Scheibenbremsen. Die Bremsflüssigkeiten waren zum Teil nicht richtig dosiert. Auch das hat er korrigiert. Außerdem hat er viele kleine Dinge am Fahrrad entdeckt, die er gleich mit repariert hat. Seine Preise sind dabei auch noch sehr moderat. Für mich wäre das ein absoluter Tipp, wenn mein Fahrrad irgendwo am Wörthersee ein technisches Problem aufweisen würde. Highly recommended, the shop and the workshop. Einerseits waren kompetente, freundliche und spezialisierte Mechaniker anzutreffen und andererseits zeichnete sich eine Person durch unfreundliche und abweisende Haltung aus. Die Frage danach, ob Urlauberin oder wohnhaft wurde mehrmals gestellt. Natürlich aus Sicht der Stammkundinnen Thematik verständlich, aber kleine Reperaturen können durchaus zu weiteren Geschäften führen. Aus einer Familie stammend, welche im Sport absolut verankert und auch im Verkauf und in der Reperatur von Sportartikeln bewandert ist, stellen wir die Fachkompetenz auf keinen Fall in Frage. Das Kundinnen Service ist gut, sofern man in der Lage ist zu erkennen, dass der Umgang mit Stress, Hitze und nervigen Kleinaufträgen die Besten zum Schwitzen bringt. Fachlich top. Daraufhin wurde OHNE Freigabe und Nachfragen ein komplettes Service durchgeführt, die Reifen getauscht, die Kette gewechselt etc. und ihr wurde über € 200,- verrechnet.
