Danke für die tolle Einführung und Betreuung! Wirklich 1A Personal und Bikes - wird auf jeden Fall bald wieder gemacht! I was with a friend - neither of them had much motorcycle experience - and we had a super fun afternoon at Trialstars! Thanks for the great introduction and support! Really 1A staff and bikes - will definitely be done again soon!
M	Markus Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs einen Flyer von Trialstars gefunden. Wunderbar dachten wir. In der nebensaison immer geöffnet außer Dienstag stand drauf. Herrlich dachten wir. Schließlich war gestern Freitag und bestes Wetter. Wir also extra nach Schladming gekommen und eine Karte für die Planai Seilbahn gekauft. Hoch gefahren und voller Euphorie dort hingewandert. Vor Ort. Nur ein Zettel an der Scheibe wo drauf stand, dass erst morgen wieder geöffnet ist. Die Enttäuschung unseres Nachwuchs war riesig. Seit Mittwoch hatte er sich auf das Fahren gefreut. Und nun das. Eine Telefonnummer war auf dem Zettel notiert. Zwei mal angerufen. Nur Mailbox. Ein Rückruf erfolgte bis heute nicht. Dann habe ich heute auf der Website gesehen, dass die Geschäftszeiten kurzfristig geändert worden sind. Ist natürlich mehr als ungünstig innerhalb einer Saison wo flyer mit vorgegeben Öffnungszeiten notiert sind. Das traurige dabei. Die Öffnungszeiten sind jetzt immer Freitag. Samstag. Sonntag. Nur verwunderlich, dass gestern nicht geöffnet war. Die Enttäuschung ist wahnsinnig groß. Noch heute.. traurig aber wahr. Das ist nicht zu empfehlen bei dem Umgang mit Gästen und dem Aufwand der für manchen damit verbunden ist dort hin zu kommen.. We found a flyer from Trialstars during our vacation. We thought wonderful. Always open in the off-season except for Tuesday it said. We thought wonderful. After all, yesterday was Friday and the weather was great. So we came to Schladming especially and bought a ticket for the Planai cable car. Rushed up and hiked there full of euphoria. On site. Just a note on the window that said that it wasn't open again until tomorrow. The disappointment of our offspring was huge. He had been looking forward to driving since Wednesday. And now that. A phone number was noted on the piece of paper. Called twice. Mailbox only. There has been no recall to this day. Then today I saw on the website that the business hours had been changed at short notice. Is of course more than inconvenient within a season where flyers with specified opening times are noted. The sad thing about it. The opening times are now always Friday. Saturday. Sunday. Just surprising that it wasn't open yesterday. The disappointment is huge. Still today .. sad but true. This is not recommended when dealing with guests and the effort that is associated with getting there for some.

G	Gerald Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestens organisiert und super Team. Es machte richtig Spaß mit der Tochter 4Jahre zuzusehen wie Sie mit Ehrgeiz und Motivation den Parcours bewältigte. Alle beteiligen unterstützten und gaben Tips. Alles sehr Kinderfreundlich. Es gab kleine Wartezeiten welche aber gut überbrückt werden kann. Die Kosten sind OK und es erfolgt auch kulante Annahmen bei der Abrechnung. Danke und allen andern Viel Spaß ? Well organized and great team. It was really fun with the 4 year old daughter to see how she mastered the course with ambition and motivation. Everyone involved supported and gave tips. Everything very child-friendly. There were short waiting times which can be bridged well. The costs are OK and there are also fair assumptions in the billing. Thanks and everyone else have fun ?
