★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstgespräch wird verrechnet mit € 400 , ist ohne konkrete Ergebnisse verlaufen, Arbeiten die nicht belegbar sind werden hochpreisig verrechnet mit Hinweis auf AGB der Steuerberater. Eigentliche Vorgaben wie Berrechnung des Fixkostenzuschusses bleiben 3 Monate unbearbeitet liegen. Allein die Annahme der neue Klient verfügt über große finanzielle Mittel wird schamlos ausgenutzt.
Update vom 01.02.2021- nach Kontakt wie gewünscht per Mail am 27.01.3031- keine Antwort oder Reaktion auf die Kritik!!!!!
The first meeting will be charged at € 400, without concrete results, work that cannot be proven will be charged at a high price with reference to the tax consultants' general terms and conditions. Actual specifications such as the calculation of the fixed cost subsidy remain unprocessed for 3 months. Just the assumption that the new client has large financial resources is shamelessly exploited.
Update from 02/01/2021 - after contact as desired by email on 01/27/3031 - no response or reaction to the criticism !!!!!
